NOT only did you get rid of the Spruce Saddle Original Brownie, but also my family and I had to wait for 35 minutes to order two hamburgers and then wait 45 minutes to pick them up at the serving line during the summer. The frustration was palpable. There was a blatant disconnect in the overall guest experience provided vs the $57 we paid for two hamburgers. Awful!!
