Billy gave us absolutely outstanding service.
From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and consistently checked on us without ever being intrusive. He made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely cared about our experience.
At one point, we were praying over our meal and had asked for napkins just before we began. Billy came back right in the middle of the prayer with napkins and towelettes — perfect timing, honestly. We couldn’t help but laugh and even included him in our prayer. That’s how comfortable and positive the atmosphere was.
It’s rare to find someone who balances attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth so naturally. Billy truly elevated our experience.
We will definitely be back!

This is the place to eat when your in Black Hawk! Jessica is the number 1 bartender. I hadn't been there in several weeks and she still remembered what I drank. She in the best of the Best!!! The food is very good too.

We reserved a table here to watch the Broncos game while dining. We chose this place based on their website and what they advertised as game day specials on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. After being seated we inquired about the specials only to be told the website was old and they didn't have any specials. Our waiter, who was nice, asked his manager and was told they don't have those specials anymore. We had a drink and left and then my husband complained to the Caesar's management. The restaurant manager came to speak to my husband and after my husband showed him the website and their false advertising, the manager said it's an old website and none of the specials listed were available. My husband simply stated that they should fix their website, stop advertising fake specials and we wouldn't be back.

I came with a party of 8 - service was great! I had the most amazing experience! Shout out to the management, Dee and Amay were wonderful!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never had such a horrible experience. It took 2 hours to receive our entrees and when they came out they were completely cold. The managers were super unhelpful and very stand offish. Went to celebrate my husbands birthday with family and wish we would’ve went elsewhere.i will never be back to this establishment and I really think they need to consider retraining their management staff, especially since they were wanting to blame the entire issue on our server. Do better.

Obviously short staffed but they don’t bother to have a sense of urgency in the slightest. One server taking their sweet ol time, seemed to be one cook cuz we waited almost 30min before anything ever came out, so we left…

Very quiet; not many people. The pho was good, but my brother's French Dip wasn't. He said the bread and meat tasted old.

The food is pretty decent and the atmosphere is pretty good as well. However, twice now that my boyfriend and I have gone we had the server Thomas. He is rude. I thought maybe the first time we had him as our server he might have been having a bad day. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Wrong. He “plays” nice sometimes but most of the time he straight up has an attitude. Tonight specifically, we were sat, order our drinks and everything was okay. Then he came over to get our order and I said we wanted a starter but need a minute to look at the menu for the main food and he said “ok…” in a tone like it was an inconvenience. But I brushed it off like whatever. Everything was fine until we got our main meal. I ordered fries and brought my plate and it had onion rings and he told me “I messed up your order” I told him the exact words “no worries you’re totally fine these will be good” and he said he had more fries coming anyway, which he did. So I was like awesome he was nice enough to realize and fix the mistake even though he didn’t have too. Also, My boyfriend and I BOTH asked for ranch and he had only brought mine so again, gave him the benefit of the doubt that he forgot. It happens. We asked for another cup of ranch and again in a tone of inconvenience he says “oh you wanted ranch?” Then goes to get it. All is well while we eat but my boyfriend is full off of our appetizer and he also always eats his fries first so he was too full to eat his burger. The server comes over after a while and says “so you only likes the fries or what?” With an attitude and stank face. And my boyfriend says “nope just taking it home” with a smile, although maybe a little too sarcastic. He brings our boxes and the check. We look and this guy charged us the extra $3 for the onion rings which HE made the mistake of ordering. Like excuse me?!? I didn’t ask for that, you messed up and you’re still going to charge me for YOUR mistake?!? We also see he charged for my boyfriend extra cup of ranch that he asked for it the first place but never charged for mine. So at this point it just seems petty. Mind you we have always only been super friendly with this guy as I literally told my boyfriend tonight at dinner “kill em with kindness.” There’s absolutely no reason he should have been treating us this way. Also the meals we got were $10 a person, plus like a $4 drink for me and then a couple dollars for our appetizer. It should have been about maybe a $30 dinner MAX and it ended up being $40. Needless to say we will not be going back until that guy no longer works there.

Not very welcoming, we arrived very tired and waited for the room to be ready. While settling down in the lobby, one of the security personnel approached us and told my cousin "hey, sleeping is not allowed here". That is not the proper way to approach a paying customer, it dpesnt feel good and its like shaming people.

Tom is an awesome waiter! Food was absolutely delicious. We will probably be back here for dinner!
