Food was sub par compared to others we have eaten at. Chicken sandwich was a tyson school lunch patty. 1 wait staff for bar and cafe. Bossier and Lake Charles there is no comparison. Someone should train there chefs. You expect the same quality. Black Hawk is not even!!!!!

We ate here off-hours after a long day of traveling. I had chicken tenders, and my partner had Brew Brothers Classic Burger.
Fries were plentiful, and everything tasted good. Our server was very friendly, even though we had to ask for things.
Bonus tip: If you see specials advertised around the casino (like we did), you have to ask for them specifically. We ordered the special, thinking we would get it for the special price, and we didn't.

I had the pleasure of dining here for lunch on my birthday. It was great the food was tasty and served quickly. The atmosphere was inviting an upbeat. I will definitely be back next trip up to Blackhawk!!

This was our first time here and it was flipping phenomenal! Our server was the bartender Grace and not only was she attentive she was warm and welcoming. The service was an easy 10 and our experience was at a high level because of her. In addition, the cooks must be something special because that food was holy heck!!! Cooked to perfection, tasty, and the presentation was gorgeous. We will be here over and over again and we drove from Colorado Springs. Get there fast!!!

This was our first and last time eating here. To begin with the service was slow to take our order. We ordered potato skins appetizer, Beef Pho and a Cheeseburger with Fries. When the potato skins came out we were given only one plate instead of two. I gave the plate to my wife and I used a napkin to eat the skins off of. The potato skins had zero flavor and did not eat them. The main food came out and it didn't get much better. The Pho was luke warm at best and the burger, which my wife had, was compared to a school cafeteria burger. Not a satisfying dinner at all.

Walked in with a group of 6 people. The place was completely empty yet we sat there for 10 min without a single person coming to our table and taking our order. We all ended up walking out and going across the street. One of the most unprofessional and worst service staffs I've experienced. Would never recommend going here.

It wasn't even that busy, and it took well over an hour to get our dinner. I ordered nachos. They had almost no cheese ar all. Hubs ordered a steak and baked potato, which also had no cheese. It was disappointing.

Just waited 35 minutes at the bar with my wife and no service. We spoke to a server and it was pretty much “oh well” there was a line behind us as well so good luck to them. Food is average anyway
Ordered the Macho Nachos and didn’t get the beans and sour cream and barely had any of the toppings on it. When we asked about the beans and sour cream the waiter had a negative tone and took our nachos and didn’t bring any back and at the end of the check tried to charge us for it and said we needed to speak to the manager. They ended up taking the nachos off but it was handled very poorly.
It took forever to get our order and food out. The food was also cold because it was sitting and waiting for it to be picked up for 15 minutes before taken to us. All of this happened and it wasn’t really that busy. Very disappointing experience and treatment from the waiter and management.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food and service used to be decent but we will NOT come back. The waitress, Ali, ignored our food that was sitting in the kitchen causing it to be cold. We saw our food sitting for 10+ minutes and had to ask her to get it. It was only us and one or two other tables so they weren’t busy. Our waitress was instead organizing things behind the bar. Our pretzel came out cold. The potato skins were burned to a crisp, blackened on the outside and inedible. The chicken fingers weren’t trimmed well and had disgusting chicken pieces. We had to ask for our check and then wait while she again did unnecessary tasks behind the bar. DO NOT COME HERE.

BAR REVIEW. Came here Sunday night—there were available seats so we sat at the bar. Bartender was nice and attentive—cocktails were great. Food was good and came out fairly quick, and overall, prices were reasonable. Good place for a casual meal!

Not very good food and servers very slow. Maybe the kitchen is slow and makes everything else drag. I had comps for food but wish I had used them somewhere else. It's ok now I know not to come here.

The food was very good. The service was a little slow - only two wait staff for the restaurant, but still helpful if not fully attentive. We had the chicken pho, a big bowl of noodles. I wish it had been not steaming hot, but it was still good with all the side veggies to dump in. The French dip was good, but overly big. The onion rings were ok, some of the battery was uneven. And finally the deep fried pickles, with were interesting, but just for the uniqueness. Overall, a good place to eat between gaming activities.
