Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by unresponsive customer service regarding a jackpot payout issue. The lack of response from your internal compliance officer has me second guessing returning to play here again.

This place was underwhelming. Some of the food arrived cold, my burger had unmelted cheese, and the margarita tasted watered down. It was only lunch, and they were out of macaroni. Sitting near the kitchen, it was clear the staff seemed a bit disorganized.

We went to Blackhawk for our anniversary in Sept and decided to try to Brew Brothers for lunch despite the low reviews. I’m glad we did. The food was soo good,and the service was excellent. We recommend it for sure!

Food was sent back because it was cold and not fresh. Customers are walking out because they’re tired of waiting for their food and they are not even busy. We will not be back.

We came in close to closing time, bartender still took our order. She was friendly, however our steaks were way over cooked when we said something she said the kitchen was closed unfortunately and nothing they could do. Mind you we received our food at 9:06 pm they closed at 9pm.

We were in town for the weekend. We had a dinner and breakfast here. The French dip was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The au jus was amazing. The breakfast of chicken fried steak was good too. Nothing amazing but it was good. And it’s huge ., Service was average to slightly below. They did their job but weren’t really friendly.

I’d eat here again.

Stopped by for dinner when we got into town yesterday. Server was extremely over seated but very friendly. Main point for the review was that our food was dropped off by the manager who had his dirt lined fingernail dipped into my pho at delivery… very gross. Definitely will not be back based on service and quality of food.

All of our food was cold. Fries were cold, burgers were cold, soup was cold, baked potato was cold. Out of 4 people not a single warm meal. I don’t care if they even microwaved it to fake us into thinking the food was warm. But fries weren’t even anywhere near being acceptable. I’d save your money and go to the Dash or whatever it is next door. NEVER again.

Stopped off for breakfast before leaving. Service was great. Was not overly impressed with food, but prices were reasonable. Definitely served a need. Didn't want to search for another place before heading out for the morning.

They were out of multiple beers, our waitress was uninformed, we were given one incorrect side dish, and the other had a hair in it. We will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

The food is sub-par. We asked for points to be added to our Caesars Rewards card. They took them away! Yeah our meal wound up being free but we were saving our points for a free Gordon Ramsay meal in Las Vegas next month. Brew Brothers, you are no Gordon Ramsay. Would never have wasted our rewards points there.

Really enjoyed dining here. The dine in experience is great. I would not recommend ordering online for pickup, as the business system doesn't seem to be effective for this type of service.

I decided to stop there for breakfast on Sunday. It was early and the restaurant was quiet when I arrived but kept getting busier while I was there. My server Elizabeth was excellent. She was at my table quickly, got my beverages without delay and checked in enough to be attentive but not annoying.

As one who is not a fan of eggs unless they are cooked so hard you think they died last week, the kitchen got them perfectly.

Excellent service and excellent food, all at a reasonable price.
