I went there last night with some issues, I had lost a ticket I accidentally thrown away thankfully I had a picture and they were super nice and were able to help me with that. Also I had recently downloaded the app and I kept making mistakes and when I tried getting help through the app the people in the app were useless. It's all about the Happy Staff. They make the customer experience exceptional. Very attentive and appreciative that I am a customer. Very clean casino, bathrooms are kept clean, and that is very important.
