Went to the buffet at 6:30pm on a Sunday.
All the best food options were out, and what remained was stale and unappetizing.
The ham was very crusty; not juicy, at all.
The prime rib that was served to me was a giant slab of fat with very little meat, and basically no seasoning; I had to salt it at the table to make it edible.

The food and service were terrible. I have eaten crab legs my whole life and these were the worst I've ever had. Could not even eat them. The hotel should be ashamed.
The higher management here is atrocious! They were not at all accommodating to me and my service animal. Im a disabled Marine veteran who served this country honorably. This staff harassed me all week long and when I told them I filed a complaint with the civil rights division they were very rude.
