Monarch 24/7 restaurant across the street has way better food for the same price. I always recommend their location instead of Dash Cafe. The pizza at Dash Cafe is $18 with tax for only 3 pieces, could purchase a better frozen pizza for $3 at king soopers. They charge extra for ranch which is $1.08! And then cupcakes for 4 plain cupcakes are $18! This place is a ripoff stay away!!!! The pho is cold size small for $16!! Had way too many bad experiences with this cafe.
Older Lady at the front had no idea what she was doing, onion rings were soggy and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I will say everything was decently priced but I’d rather eat at lodge.
They are supposed to open at 8 AM. Nobody is there. The time is wrong. Anyone around the casino that works here has no idea what’s going on. I came up here for my birthday and I can’t even eat breakfast on time. They have no explanation and no care.
Dash at a Horseshoe Casino at Black Hawk, Co. OUR ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG.
Would NOT recommend this place!
Ordered two double cheeseburgers, breakfast sandwich, Polish sausage and onion rings.
Total $60. Whoever made the burgers COMPLETELY disregarded what we selected on the kiosk screen, several missing ingredients missing items, wrong cheese, no sauces, no salt, no flavor. Very expensive and terrible experience. The server forgot about the onion rings. The actual „Polish sausage” looked NOTHING like the pictured juicy grilled normal Polish sauce, we thought it must have been a mistake and received the tiny looking hot dog, Overpriced & False advertisement . We did ask to speak to a manager who showed up immediately and offered us 2 Egg rolls to substitute for the “Polish sausage”. Egg rolls and breakfast sandwich were good, the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars.

Food was sub mid. You'd get better food at a McDonald's/Panda Express/etc

Poor experience. Service not great. Kiosk doesn't work, and staff is rude. Will go somewhere else next time.

Service was very slow. I waited forever to pay for a refrigerated sandwich, which did not have to be made. When someone finally did come to the counter so I could pay, he unboxed a whole box of rice crispy treats before he came to the cash register.

Pretty terrible. The food is on par with (or perhaps, lower quality?) any meal I've had at Coors Field. Pricing is in the same ballpark, too. A burger w/fries and a bottle of fruit juice = $27. Figured they'd have tried harder at this little food stand so patrons don't leave the property for lunch/dinner. But I won't make that mistake twice.

Ordered fries and they were chewy. The Nathan’s hotdog was fine. My Nephew ordered chicken wings and got the wrong sauce so they brought the right ones and they were ice cold. Really disappointed.

Ordered two burgers with fries n onion rings! The fries were soggy but everything else was hot and fresh. Prices are a bit high for a soda but it is what it is. Was at the casino having a good day and this was an easy lunch.

The breakfast was somewhere between hospital food and a divey diner, not in a good way.Overpriced for the lack of quality. Breakfast burritos are premade, and come smothered. Letting you know because it doesnt say that when you order at the kiosk. Eggs were ordered over medium, got one over easy, one over hard. None of this was worth $30 or redeeming. Suggest go over to brews next door or 24/7 in the monarch where theres a real kitchen without premade food.Starbucks was great being downstairs at least.

Got a BLT NO mayo! My sandwich had mayo! I kindly brought it back and the kitchen staff argued that there was any! After complaining about remaking it, I got a sandwich no more than 2 min later. Bacon was soggy and gross, it had 1 tiny piece of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, the bread wasn't toasted, the fries were cold, and they acted like it was my fault! I can't wait for my food credit to run out here so I never have to come back !! Meat lover pizza is good when they don't burn it! ?

Worst hotel restaurant EVER! Caesars should be ashamed. Make the drive to Idaho Springs for food before you try to eat there.Imagine a sketchy vending machine and a high school snack bar had a baby and then left it at the hospital, so it only knew how to be shiny and clean, (and it was very clean) but not how to cook anything. We used the kiosk to order. Beef and rice bowl with eggrolls for me and a guacamole-bacon burger for hubby. First, we had to go tell the cashier our number because the receipt didn't print.30 minutes later. . . We get our to go order and head back to our room. The beef and eggrolls were burned and inedible, and how the heck does soy sauce mold? Because my little tub of soy sauce had a round dot of mold floating in it. The "special" burger had neither guacamole or bacon on it and tasted so bad, hubby only ate one bite. When we called, it was late and they said call tomorrow for the manager, then we were told, no refunds on order #473.I stand by what I said at the beginning. MAKE THE DRIVE to Idaho Springs to eat.

Manager is terrible. Price in the website is different than real price and he don’t want to honor it and has horrible attitude. Don’t go there.
