Been here 4 times. Food is normal steakhouse quality. Service is on par with an IHOP. You may stand at the greeting station for a few minutes before you're even acknowledged. If you sit at the bar, you may wait 5 minutes for a bar tender to even greet you. Many of the employees visibly hate their jobs. Unfortunate for a place that is supposed to be a high end steakhouse.

I dine out often. Out of all my experiences, Devan Hayes was the best waiter I have ever had. He made sure my boyfriend and I were more than satisfied with everything from food and drinks to seating and ambiance. Every time he came around our table, I could not stop smiling. He is so accommodating. He truly understands the luxury of fine dining. He did not rush us, which is a common issue I have. My boyfriend and I were very specific/ picky about how we used our rewards points and he was so happy to accommodate us. I’m am SO impressed & very surprised when he told us it is only his 2nd week. DEVIN IS THEN BEST!! I hope everyone experiences a server like him. He truely makes the dining experience great. ❤️

The food was not worth the charge. We had two filet mignon’s, which were good but came out lukewarm. We had a baked potato, which was cold - The butter didn’t even melt. Cold Bacon mac & cheese - the cheese didn’t melt. And the cheesecake was still frozen and had to be thawed. The bill was over $200. We definitely will not be returning.

Our waitress was good, atmosphere nice...the food was average for a high end steakhouse. Delmonico steak was tough, but cooked well, skip the marsala chicken, way over salted and gravy was some thick, congealed, brown beef type gravy and my husband's trout was good, but the "crab" stuffing was not. The calamari appetizer was a generous portion, beautifully presented but breading was heavy/thick. We will give Roxys another try though as it was our first time there.

This was our Second time at Roxy’s. We came back because we had such a Great experience the first time! And the second visit didn’t disappoint. The staff is friendly and amazing. The food is excellent! We’re going to make this a regular stop, every trip from now on!! Must try

Me and my husband came here for date night and we both left feeling full and satisfied. The service was amazing the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. A must try is the asparagus and prime rib I promise you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return and are recommending to everyone we know.

What an amazing meal we had last night at Roxy's!!! Best rack of lamb I have ever eaten. Port wine demi was delicious! Trout and elk cooked perfectly. And our bartender/server Anastasia was the best! Excellent food and service. We will be back!!!
The calamari was my favorite appetizer, the rack of lamb was delicious. The lobster bisque is a most and the tuxedo chocolate cake was excellent. I will comeback and recommend to my friends and family. Great service too.

Chad our server - Provided Great service. Chad is a great server we've had him a few times. Very prompt and efficient, and patient. Back of house- Food was great! Though we ordered lamb chop and we didn't get carrots and then green beans instead asparagus and that was fine. Big bummer no Demi sauce. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a reservation for 4 on 5/18/24 at 7pm. The only good thing about the experience was the elderflower martini. We ordered prime rib, salmon, truffle potato nuggets, and alcoholic beverages. After sitting for an hour, the waitress told us our food was coming out "soon". 4 tables around us, who arrived after us, received their food well before us. Once the food finally arrived, 2 more employees apologized for the lateness of the food but did nothing to make it right. We paid over $250 and didn't finish any of it. The prime rib was cold, soggy, gray, and flavorless. The salmon was overcooked. And the truffle potato nuggets were literally a pile of frozen tater tots. As for the noise level, there is a constant extremely loud announcement from the casino every few minutes. It was hard to hear across the table. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food and ambiance were not worth the overall price.
