We ate dinner last night. Server never came back to check on us. My husband found the water pitcher for me. The robot delivered our food we took it from the cart. She was able to deliver our check. We tried this morning again finally got coffee. No spoons server said someone is stealing them. Good news food is good

I absolutely loved the whole experience. I had Joseph and let me just say he is hilarious, he has such a bubbly and good personality. From the start he kept a good conversation and the whole table was laughing. By the end we were still laughing, but sad to be leaving. I absolutely loved him and my buffalo Mac and cheese.

Shrimp flatbread was wonderful so we were hopeful. Unfortunately the fries were stale, and the breakfast croquet was cold and the sauce was horrible. After sending that back we ordered desserts. I ordered the cinnamon roll monkey bread, which ended up being mini croissants with a cinnamon glaze and ice cream. Good, but not what I was expecting.

I got the steak frites and it was not very good at all, the steak was worse than a Walmart steak. My wife got the salmon and she really enjoyed it so the restaurant is very hit or miss. They also use a cute little robot to deliver the meal but we did not get that either, disappointing as the robot was cute.

Great ambience. Quick service. Quality drip coffee. Music in the air. I got a simple breakfast with side of biscuits and gravy. 6 dollars for a biscuit and a cup of gravy. Tasty but expensive.
That's where the praise ends. I witnessed 3 people send their orders back for being too cold, undercooked etc. The food was sub par. I ate there twice but it was the only early morning option at Ameristar Black Hawk.
Staff were friendly, Joseph, and helpful. But other staff seemed to bemoan their jobs. Seemed a little under staffed.
There was a robot that was entertaining. It delivers food to tables with limited success. Minding that robot has to be a pain.
The Americano seemed to be Folgers instant. Same flavor. Nothing espresso about it.
Sadly, one of the only options. It suffices in the food desert. Room for improvement. Try it and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

I got a terrible meal. No problem, it happens. I took it back for a refund. While waiting for a refund a mouse ran across my foot at the entrance of the restaurant. I made it known to the staff and it didn't seem to surprise a single person.
Disgusting. Done with the restaurants here.

Didn’t even get to sit and eat. Terrible services, the lady server told us that there’s a restaurant policy of you cannot join a party who just sat down. What kind of made up rule is this? Looking at previous review with food, good thing my group didn’t dine in. Highly recommend not coming to this restaurant.

This place sucks. No wonder they have a 2.8 star rating. I wish I would’ve checked before even coming in here. Waited 45 plus minutes for my food. Our waitress Kendra has terrible service skills. Took her 10 minutes out waters for us. And was gone absent of the time. A table by us literally had to go find her in order to pay their check. Never coming back.
I've eaten here 4 times and it's because of dining credits. Other than that I order take out from now on. The service is just so terrible. It's like nobody cares because they are paid to be rude and trashy. Wait staff are just pathetic.

The 2nd couple in for breakfast and seated near the kitchen and when they finally did come out of the back the 3 waitresses and the host and the manager walked right by us and went to to other tables that came in after us. Never said a word to us. Walked out and went somewhere else with better service or should I say service
