We love dining at the Monarch Chophouse. We spend the night, gamble a little, and always eat here. It is like a nice getaway! My wife is gluten free because of an autoimmune disease. They go above and beyond to take care of her. She has never gotten sick here. The menu, food, service, and ambience are outstanding. We will be back!

The atmosphere and food were great but as usual it took about 20 minutes each time we ordered a drink. The bar has been very slow each time we dine here. There is usually only one bartender, which is the problem.

Very comfortable and elegant dining room. Tables were spacious but watch your knees as they are quite low. The lighted menus are cool, especially if you're around that age that you need readers. The service staff was really good, but the waiter was a little too hands off. Bus staff was awesome. Food - bread basket was the best thing I ate, some nice variety with some black sea salt butter. Table side caesar was an experience, and was priced right, but wasn't that great. The steaks were all cooked perfectly but were lacking in seasoning. Sides were a let down other than the whipped potatoes. Creamed corn was weird and the baked tater was downright nasty; a flavor of dishwater throughout. Desert was the highlight, again served table side. -321 degree gelato whipped up with liquid nitrogen. This tasted great and rated very high on the experience scale. The price was fair for the offering, just wish it tasted a little better.

Not sure where to start. After a day in the spa, chophouse dinner was the cherry on top. From the server , the atmosphere was a nice vibe , & the food was top tier. We will be back!

The food was excellent. We had pick your own chilled appetizer with jumbo shrimp, oysters, and scallops. It was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to our expectations. Unfortunately we were seated by really loud guests which was nerve racking, but the atmosphere was calming otherwise. I would highly suggest having dinner here.

First time at the Chophouse and it's a little pricey, but we knew that going in. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Everything, and I mean everything, was top notch. Service, cocktails, wine selection, apps, entrees and dessert were exceptional. A special shout out to Dennis, who took great care of us and joined us in a few good laughs. Thanks Dennis! Amazing experience. Waiter was personable and knowledgeable. We had the table side ceasar. It was good I had the scallops and OMG best scallops-ever. (And I have had them lol over ) Husband had the Sea Bass and delicious with the sauce and veggies. Finally we got the table side Strawberry Gelato - highly recommended (made with liquid nitrogen) and OMG it was amazing. - we would definitely eat there again
Far exceeded my expectations! All of the teams and leadership here are firing on all cylinders. Massive props to the culinary team, each dish was executed perfectly, especially the Filet Rossini! The entire service was flawless from the front of house team, and they were also very friendly and personable. Great beverage program with some absolute hidden gems for great value in the wine list, too!
