The restaurant was half empty but a single diner can only eat at the bar with a slot machine in their face. I left.

Overall the service was really slow, waited around 15 mins to get our drinks, finally after 55 mins of waiting for our food we left, never coming back. The place wasn’t even busy.

For being the nicest casino in Blackhawk, this place is a joke.
Service took forever, and there was no one else in the restaurant.
Me and 2 others order omelettes, they take at least 30 minutes, and only bring out 2 of our meals…. We were finished eating before the third came. Server spilled water on me, with no apology about anything.
What a joke of service, and very over priced.
Wont be taking my money here ever again.

I think this place is great and maybe underrated. It was nice to have decent food late at night without having to go to the pricier restaurants. And the ramen I got was really good too.

We were in Black Hawk for a couple days and we enjoyed a lunch and a dinner at Twenty-Four 7. The food was well-prepared and nicely presented, the service was perfect. Ambience was just right with plenty of casino energy, yet not too loud for quiet conversation. Highlights included chicken tenders, fish and chips, and clam chowder. I'm cautious about ordering ethnic food in a non-ethnic restaurant, but I took a risk and ordered the combination lo mein from the wok menu, and l can't wait to order it again. Dinner for 2, including a tasty IPA draft, was about $70, in my opinion an excellent value.

Be careful!!! I got horrendous food poisoning from this location!!

Ordered dinner here around 9PM on a Saturday night- was completely ignored by our waiter for the majority of the evening (no refills or check ins). A while after eating I start to feel sick, and next thing I know I'm having full blown food poisoning for the rest of the late evening entire morning after. I had no prior alcohol that day or food, so it definitely was from the meal I ordered here.

I 100% would not return to this location, as either hygiene is poor or cross contamination occurred!! I cannot believe i dropped $60 on a meal just to get sick from it and have my weekend ruined.

UPDATED: we tried them again for breakfast because they are in our hotel. The breakfast was delicious! We had the breakfast burrito and a pork omelette. Also tried their Monte Christo, it’s to die for! Highly recommend them for breakfast.

Do not order the nachos. They taste like bowling alley nachos and they were $21. Maybe something else on the menu would’ve been better?

The service was good. The decor was nice. The beers are good and priced at $7 a beer for just about any type of beer you can imagine.

We had a horrible experiance at their buffet then we decied to get frood from their 24/7 restaurant. We should have known better and went somewhere besides Monarch. We we're served black burnt burgers. We were already embarrassed from being treated the way we were at the buffet so we decided not to complain and did not finish eating. We just paid for the non edible food and left. Don't waste your money here.

My recent experience at the casino restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a pizza to go, and the staff member, Andy N., was extremely rude and displayed a negative attitude throughout the interaction. He seemed unwilling to assist me from the start, and while taking my order, he rubbed his head in a way that suggested irritation. Considering the amount of money patrons spend at the casino, such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. It's especially frustrating when a tip is expected despite the poor service. The staff needs to improve their attitudes.

Ordered some chicken strips to go. It took 40 minutes and didn't even come with any sauce! Super disappointed considering I payed over 24 dollars with tip, and it didn't even come with a side. Would it have killed them to even throw some ranch in the box for 20 dollars?

The food was good, service was also good. I forgot my server’s name but he was nice with us.
