I really like this place. The owner was behind the bar and made a genuine and solid impression. We had the Marsala & the Val’Dostana and they were both great. The Val’Dostana was actually exceptional. The only disappointment was that this place has been open 8yrs& I’m just catching on.

Absolutely no redeeming qualities. Went with a group and got a variety of items, it was all expensive and terrible quality. Not inedible by any means, but all frozen, overcooked garbage. There was literally used vapes and empty plastic liquor bottles strewn around the host stand and dining area. Service was as slow as humanly possible. We had to get up from our table to get ourselves silverware, water cups, and the check despite this being a table service restaurant. This was on an off day where we were some of the only people in the restaurant. I was genuinely shocked by my experience. This was my first (and last) time visiting after years of walking right by, I guess I should’ve kept walking.

The girl and I stopped in late Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambiance, with tables and booths in one room and a full bar in the other. Our server greeted left an immediate positive impression and continued to provide great service throughout our meal. She ordered some sort of Benedict Salmon Florentine dish that had polenta cakes instead of English muffins and man, the dish was great. She was nice enough to let me have two bites. Lol! I ordered the chicken fried chicken and scrambled eggs, which also comes with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It sounded a little weird for a breakfast menu, but I figured they put it on there for a reason and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. I’m not kidding when I say that those mashed potatoes are possibly the best I’ve ever had and for breakfast! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the chicken fried chicken cutlet was crispy and light and seasoned so well. Seriously, this was unexpectedly one of the best meals we’ve had in Boulder, including most of the “fancier” places. We are going back this weekend!

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Boulder! Even though it is on “The Hill” it is as nice as any place on Pearl St. Ado has an amazing talent for combining just the perfect ingredients to create outstanding dishes. Creative cocktails, wonderful appetizers ( don’t miss the melt in your mouth mushroom crepes), outstanding entrees. This is a must visit in Bouldef!

The best omelet I've ever had. The mushroom omelet was LOADED with mushrooms, the basil pesto added a great flavor. It was so stuffed, I should have taken a picture. So good!

Fabulous meal, such an interesting and varied menu, the BEST service!! The chicken marsala was the best we've ever tasted! Would absolutely go back, next time for breakfast because the menu looked so awesome.

Don’t be hesitant to walk in and stay. Under no circumstances should you leave. Mr Ado has the best food and clearly knows what he’s doing. Very diverse menu all cooked to your order. Highly highly recommend
