The girl and I stopped in late Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambiance, with tables and booths in one room and a full bar in the other. Our server greeted left an immediate positive impression and continued to provide great service throughout our meal. She ordered some sort of Benedict Salmon Florentine dish that had polenta cakes instead of English muffins and man, the dish was great. She was nice enough to let me have two bites. Lol! Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Boulder! Even though it is on “The Hill” it is as nice as any place on Pearl St. Ado has an amazing talent for combining just the perfect ingredients to create outstanding dishes. Creative cocktails, wonderful appetizers ( don’t miss the melt in your mouth mushroom crepes), outstanding entrees. This is a must visit in Bouldef!

I really like this place. The owner was behind the bar and made a genuine and solid impression. We had the Marsala & the Val’Dostana and they were both great. The Val’Dostana was actually exceptional. The only disappointment was that this place has been open 8yrs& I’m just catching on.
