Solid spot to grab tacos in downtown Boulder. Had to wait a little while to be seated, but it was a Friday night and the restaurant is situated on the main drag, so it was to be expected. Ordered the large trio (guac, red and green salsa, large round chips) to share. Guac was good and zesty, red and green salsa were spicy but in different ways (red was thicker, green was lighter), and the round chips were fun to break apart. Ordered four tacos: the Baja fish, glazed pork belly, roasted duck, and slow roasted pork. I'd recommend ordering at least three tacos, because there are on the smaller size. You could easily put one down in two bites. I liked the sweet glaze and crispiness of the pork belly, the light fry of the Baja fish, and the juiciness of the slow roasted pork. I forgot what the roasted duck tasted like. If you're looking for a hip spot to grab some tacos in Boulder, bartaco is worth checking out.

I had an accident tonight (Wednesday 4/3) I work in the industry and I am truly blown away by the amazingness of the team to respond. The bartender was amazing and Chris helped me out huge. This is a great group here and I have nothing but good things to say. Service 10/10

Yum yum! Had the ShrimpTaco and Fish Taco. Both had a wonderful crisp and packed with flavor. Delicious. Husband had the Duck Taco.He loved it too. Manager served us and was as pleasant and informative as one could be. Quick service. Bar looked great brining a warm and eclectic atmosphere to the restaurant. I'll be back to try some different things!

First time trying bar taco and we're absolutely blown away! We sat at the bar while we waited for our table and Lucas (bartender) gave us some amazing recommendations. The staff were all so polite and welcoming. We recommend the pork belly tacos and the reviver drink, it's a must!

How can you be expected to tip your server 20% while the restaurant tips 10% or less than to the people that deliver groceries for them? What is up with these double standards. Can't wait to come in and tip 10% in protest.

Passion fruit mezcalita, green margarita, pork belly, the new cauliflower taco, and ribeye tacos were SO delicious. I love the tapas vibe and how easy it is the just order food from my phone. The manager Luis stopped by my table to ask how everything was and he was the one who suggested the cauliflower taco. I really enjoyed the hummus and pistachio on it, it added some nice flavors to it. I recommend bartaco to anyone looking for fresh mad margs and quick bites.

These guys kill the food by giving it such an authentic taste and the decor / vibe of the restaurant is top notch. Feels very homey and the staff always does a great job checking on you when you need anything. The ordering system is great to just pick out what you want on your phone.Parking: I would recommend parking in the Boulder Library lot and walking over. I have found that to be the easiest option when coming around dinner time :)

The food was too, as there's nothing on the menu I'd avoid.Parking: It's pearl street, parking here can be awful when it's busy. Best bet is to park in the nearby neighborhood and walk there unless it's slow.
