Ozo is two doors over from my office on Pearl so is a goto for me and my office mates. The Ozo team is always nice and do their best to serve you with a smile. They service top notch coffee drinks and they make a fine iced latte which is my choice. If you want a great coffee drink then you can't go wrong with Ozo.
Really sweet vibes in here. A great local spot amongst huge swanky boujie box stores on the more west end of Pearl Street. I got their matcha. It was good, they could use a little more sweetener in it, so I added some honey on their condiments table. The music was good. I think if the music hadn’t been in good taste, the volume could have gotten a little distracting, but nonetheless, I found myself jamming to the tunes in my seat. Unfortunately their bathroom handicap stall was not accessible. However, the staff seemed really receptive to the feedback.
