Unfortunately their bathroom handicap stall was not accessible. However, the staff seemed really receptive to the feedback. I look forward to returning in a few months to see the improvements. All in all, the staff were amazing and the atmosphere was wonderfulWheelchair accessibility: fully accessible, minus the bathroom stall

I really loved the vibe, if you get a cup of coffee for there they give you a free refill. The barista also let me try all of their drip coffees first.

I generally like this place for something social, but It’s horrible for working. The wifi times out after 30ish minutes (thanks for prompting me to leave), and the music is jarring and far too loud making it hard to concentrate.I won’t be spending money here on my work days, the coffee is good, but it’s good at every other shop downtown. The staff is super friendly and personable though, 5 stars for them!

Ozo is two doors over from my office on Pearl so is a goto for me and my office mates. The Ozo team is always nice and do their best to serve you with a smile. They service top notch coffee drinks and they make a fine iced latte which is my choice. If you want a great coffee drink then you can't go wrong with Ozo.

This place lights up your emails with spam after tapping your card to-pay. The depth of the solicitation is very unsettling.

their wifi sucks, it started a breakupof the several ozos in town this one has the worst wifi. after a 30 min time limit you have to sign back in. the problem is there's no prompt, and then things just start to fail. usually not an issue, just frustrating.last week i was in an argument with the girlfriend and she keeps deleting messages. at some point i look at them from my computer and it looks like a bunch got deleted again, turns out they just weren't synced. still i send a few frustrated messages about deleting the texts, and that i'm done with the conversation.then i realize the internet has timed out again (!!!)i delete my last few messages before signing back on, but after i connect the last message still went through, the one saying, "i'm finished". this was in regards to the text conversation, but without that context it was taken to mean something else.having said all that, the coffee here is really good. great staff.

Really sweet vibes in here. A great local spot amongst huge swanky boujie box stores on the more west end of Pearl Street. I got their matcha. It was good, they could use a little more sweetener in it, so I added some honey on their condiments table. The music was good. I think if the music hadn’t been in good taste, the volume could have gotten a little distracting, but nonetheless, I found myself jamming to the tunes in my seat. They have bar stools for outdoor seating. And wifi, where many multi-generational folk came to work on their laptops. This was a sweet place with a huge cafe space to spend time in.
