Pretty underwhelming. The guacamole was good, and the 3 salsas in the trio were decent.
The quesaburria was a complete miss though. Very tough, and overly salted. The portion size was smaller than I was expecting for $18 too. I can’t say we’ll be back.

A fantastic place away from the crowds of Pearl Street. Warm, helpful staff (the manager Lauren is amazing), lovely atmosphere, and great food & drinks. We shared the esquites and chips and it was hands down the best we've ever had. Chile relleno, torta al pastor and gran margarita were all fabulous as well. TV screens playing sports with no sound, yay! We'll be back.

My husband and I worked with Bellota to cater for our post-intimate wedding dinner celebration on 10/12/24. They were such a pleasure to work with behind the scenes and day-of! The food was so delicious and our guests said it was some of the best they've ever had. We traveled for our wedding and wanted to donate the remaining food to a local shelter, and they helped us achieve this which we appreciated SO much! A huge thanks to all involved in making our evening so special. <3

Lauren is amazing! Met her at the Taco Festival and had such a positive experience. Visited the restaurant today and it was the same. Great margs, great queso, friendly staff. Would recommend!

This place was absolutely delicious. Plenty of parking, not packed like a lot of downtown Boulder, and the staff was really great. Their salsa trio was incredible - so rare to get a salsa trio and like all three of them. We also got chile rellenos, aquachiles, queso fundido, quesabirria, churros, and tacos. Everything we had was incredible! Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Mediocre food and awful service. Waited for 5 min to be seated. Waiters were impatient and wouldn’t even let us split the bill at the end.

not that good at all. Tierra y feigo is MUCH better. Carne asada was like a hocky puck .

Our new fave Mexican restaurant in Boulder. Fresh, creative flavors. Everything is tasty- we’ve tried at least half the menu. We eat there almost weekly. Such a gem.
