I have been eating at Bento-Ria once a week for the last 8 years (no joke!), at both their current and previous locations. High quality, fantastic price, and you cannot beat their customer service. My go-to is the salmon poke bowl - perfect portions, fish is fresh, and the toppings are excellent. It’s a student-oriented restaurant, located on University Hill, so if you’re looking for top-grade sushi, adjust your expectations accordingly! But you can’t beat this in quality for fast, cheap, great quality sushi and poke.

Over stuffed rice on poke bowls as well as the rolls. Ingredients are fresh but definitely very little protein. +$3 more for large bowl is basically more rice and not more poke than the regular bowl.

For the price, you can’t beat this sushi! The sweet family that runs Bento-ria make it special too. My husband and I get take out several times a month and it’s always consistently great. We’ve been going here since they were on the corner of University and Broadway above Doozy Duds! Highly recommend.

My GO-TO for take out sushi - please just try it. Tastes fantastic - I always get the FRESH rolls and the spicy buff roll. I think the salmon and tuna used for the fresh rolls is actually different from their nigiri and much better quality. I don’t really like as much their nigiri or bowls and I think some of the lower starred reviews reflect that.
I always go in to pick up but note there’s no parking lot (but space to pull over) so it’s ideal to go as two people~
