I brought the Scrooge Maki food truck to our neighborhood in Erie yesterday. I had not tried his food before this but it came highly recommended. This was the BEST food truck experience possible! Minkyu has done an amazing job setting up a process that is easy and allows for social distancing. You order online for a specific pick up time...and your food is ready at that time! PLUS the food was great! Very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
We had delicious food at the food truck this afternoon parked at new Belgium brewery in Fort Collins. I had the shrimp tempura bowl and it was so yummy, and my husband had the spicy chicken bowl. It was so much food we couldn’t finish it and it was so delicious!
