Best BBQ I've had in years. The brisket had great flavor and some fat left in it. Who wants lean brisket? The Cole slaw was delicious and tart and the baked beans were the best I've ever had- nice and spicy. The spicy bbq sauce had great flavor and a perfect amount of heat. Mcgill, who prepared our dinner, was a joyful human and an awesome cook. I hope I make it back again soon, though it's a long way from Port Angeles, WA to Boulder.

The food was good but some other experiences around it was not. The prices on the truck are almost the twice of the prices on their website. I tried so hard to do custom tip but the software was glitchy and I had to do one of the preset tips starting from 18%.

There is nothing more irritating than showing up to a place that's supposed to be up until 8:00 at 7:20 and it's already closed. Furthermore, I guess it's just a truck, not a restaurant. I suppose I should have looked a bit further, but if you're going to post hours, stay open until your hours are up. Really disappointing. Probably won't come back to find out how good your barbecue is. My loss and yours I guess.Again - if you post hours, honor them. I'm a 30-year veteran chef. I have never closed down a place early that had posted hours. And don't worry, I won't come back. L***** Make enough barbecue to stay open if you want to post hours. Otherwise, be honest about your operation.

Holy cow! Got the Big Daddy bowl. This was sensational! Recommend 5 out of 5! Will be returning. He had a line waiting before he even opened up. That's got to say something about how dang good it is! He served everyone quickly so there wasn't a long wait. If you're in the area or even if you're not, stop by and bring an empty tummy! You will not be sorry! Yum!

Got the bowl to split with my partner. My partner wanted the burnt ends side initially and they said they weren't sure they were ready. They went and got some grub the smoker and offered a piece to try. We got two other sides instead. We were recommended to layer the sides in with the bowl. It was a wonderful taste experience and the right amount for both of us. I would eat here again.
