Got the bowl to split with my partner. My partner wanted the burnt ends side initially and they said they weren't sure they were ready. They went and got some grub the smoker and offered a piece to try. We got two other sides instead. We were recommended to layer the sides in with the bowl. It was a wonderful taste experience and the right amount for both of us. I would eat here again.
I was killing time in Boulder, CO and drove by the Big Daddy’s truck at lunchtime and stopped. The pulled pork was fantastic with a generous portion. Mac N Cheese is a must. Hopefully you get a moment to chat. Great dude!!!Shout out to Vision Quest Brewing Company, where Big Daddys sets up.

Holy cow! Got the Big Daddy bowl. This was sensational! Recommend 5 out of 5! Will be returning. He had a line waiting before he even opened up. That's got to say something about how dang good it is! He served everyone quickly so there wasn't a long wait. If you're in the area or even if you're not, stop by and bring an empty tummy! You will not be sorry! Yum!
