Unfortunately, our CA location in Folsom is lacking so badly, we almost wrote off BJ’s. Thank you for restoring our love of BJ’s Brewery!

I just ate there on New year's eve 2025 at 9 pm. I ordered the shrimp scampi. This is all I had to eat all night. At midnight I was deathly ill, to the point that I thought I was going to need to go to the emergency room. I called the general manager Joel at 11 am the next day and he tried to argue with me and tell me that things like that typically happen after 24 hours. This simply is not true. The manager would not do the right thing. I was so, so sick.

Big group of 14 guys today for a New Year kickoff. Lots of great service from Brandon along with lunch specials and brews. I can always count on BJ’s for those three things!
Burgers were greasy, over seasoned with salt, and sloppy to eat. Won’t order one again.

DoorDashed two pizookies and the ahi poke appetizer. The first pizookie and poke were pretty standard but the second pizookie was absolutely burnt and inedible. I’ve never had an issue with this franchise before when I’ve been in person, but I will not be ordering delivery from them again. Clearly they don’t put the same thought into your meal or money as when you are in the restaurant.
