Started with agency there , first week they said training..absolutely none.place is dirty, no safety, no direction from leads,no structure or organization.Very big language barrier between different ethnicities so make it difficult to understand.People eating on the line , don't follow the regulations.People walk off line without telling anyone and the people left behind are thr ones who have to struggle with it, leads don't say anything. YOU TELL SUPERVISOR AND HE DOESNT SEE THE PROBLEM OR ACTS DUMB!!OR JUST THERE FOR THE POSTION..NOT THERE TO HELP MSKE IT

I really do enjoy the product they put out. However I recently applied here and had two interviews. First one went good and the second one was ok. Where I get hung up and what lead me here is the unprofessional approach to following up with upper management candidates to let them know if they are moving forward or not, especially after taking time off my work and personal time to interview. I called two week after the last interview and she said Jason hasn’t decided yet and was ghosted afterward. As a manager or VP or recruiter in my experience it is paramount that there is follow up. Best of luck!

Lots of gluten-free oat-based snacks with several different levels of sweetness, etc. Always coming out with new products that are increasingly focused on supporting us all as we focus on upping our own individual health journeys. It also seems to be a very high production plant/facility with considerate and helpful employees. 👍🏾👍🏾

The bars are okay but what leaves a nasty taste in your mouth are their principles and how they treat their employees (especially the women). Unorganized, prejudice, and unethical are just a few words to describe this company. Save your time and money... just not worth it!

There’s metal that ends up in the product from the nasty worn out trays they use. Employees and supervisors don’t follow food safety regulations. Supervisors and leads treat employees with little to no respect. There is no training for new people because they hand new hires off to whoever or through you straight into production. There’s groups formed and gossip that is talked about individuals so very unprofessional. Employees are on substances while at work. People here like taking their anger out on others. If I were any individual trying to work or order from this company I would take my time and business elsewhere.
