Best Christmas decorations EVER! My wife and I rarely eat at Czech/German beer gardens like this since my wife doesn’t eat pork (and I don’t get kisses for a week if I eat any), but after a joyfully exhausting day of meandering around Pearl Street on New Year’s Day, we passed this place on the way back to our car and our jaws dropped when we peered through the window. We didn’t care if the food was any good (though we figured it must be because the place was packed), as we were more than willing to pay just for the atmosphere!
The food ended up being outstanding, as was the service (props to Moira and the bartender for taking great care of us) and the beer. I was going to order a Paulaner Hefeweizen, then noticed the Honey Bite that adds some cider and Bjorn’s Colorado honey to the Hefeweizen. Highly recommended!
This is our new favorite spot in Boulder. Check it out, even if you aren’t in town during the holiday season to enjoy their amazing decorations.
On a side note, they have an awesome banquet hall in the back of the building that has its own bar and stage area. I'm really tempted to talk my colleagues into driving up to Boulder for our next work party!

The space was lovely and decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks as well as the giant pretzel. The berry spritz was festive and well crafted and my partner enjoyed his German beer. I would definitely come back to sample other dishes. The brown mustard here is amazing.

What a great slice of Biergarten food and beers in Boulder! Must go place for sure. The pork schnitzel was perfection.
Shuts down at least half hour or more prior to their posting close time. We were only coming in for a drink (not food) but the place had totally shut down at least 30 minutes prior to their posted time. Host (or manager?) was totally not nice about it either. Obey your posted opening hours please - as it can ruin someone’s evening.

Love this little place right off of pearl street - they were slammed and still somehow managed to seat us. The goulash was an amazing rendition from the plates you will see in Prague - high quality protein and hand made knedliky (bread dumplings) to soak up all that amazing sauce. Beer came out fast and the gnocchi and sauerkraut soup almost before i sat back down. Goulash shortly after for a spread that we were all looking forward to - and pleasantly surprised. Friendly service and the atmosphere was spot on Bavarian / bohemian / Czech. Will definitely be back next time we are in Boulder. Dekujem a Nashledanou!

Ran across this place on a work trip and would highly recommend and really want to come back. I can't lie. The schnitzel was a little bit dry so I don't know that I would recommend that. However, the service was impeccable. The apps were delicious and the chicken and fish and chips that my travel companions ordered was on point. The atmosphere and staff was great 😃
