We hosted a party here last weekend. What a great place! Everything was incredible! The staff was so nice and so attentive. The food was delicious. We had a heavy hors d' oeuvres: pretzels with beer cheese, piorogies, chicken schnitzel sandwhiches, sausage, and spatzel. The beer and atmosphere were the best. We will go back every time we're in Boulder. Again, every single member of their team was great! Thank you!

Unique environment. It's German, but we had hamburgers and there great. It was a busy Saturday, which I think Is common as its close to the farmers market.

We stopped in Boulder on our way to Estes Park and decided to give the Bohemian Biergarten a try. It was a Tuesday and cold and rainy so the area was pretty empty where I am sure it’s usually full of shoppers. We were seated after waiting a few minutes for someone to come from the back. The server/host was friendly and recommended the daily sausage which was delicious. The fries it came with were hot and had good flavor. I normally like to have Pom Frites at similar establishments but they didn’t have them on the menu. They were relatively empty while we were there due to the weather and how early in the day we were there but the atmosphere I am sure is lively most of the time. We would definitely return.

I went with my mom the other day, they Honey Bite beer/cider I had was delicious! We also had some deviled eggs which were delicious! My mom didn't love those as much because she doesn't like the more mustard-y deviled eggs, but I thought they were amazing! The bar tender was super friendly and attentive, he was so busy flying between everyone. He said this current version of Honey Bite was with a different cider than they normally use? (I think semi-sweet but I'm forgetting) and the combo of the cider, Pauline hefeweizen, and Honey on top? Fantastic! (And side note I love the colorful bricks on the side of the building)

I'm picky when it comes to Polish food, I'm Polish and Make many recipes from my Busia that came from Poland, she got the recipes from her Busia. So I wasn't super impressed with that part. But! It's a fun place and the staff was so sweet.

I went here with a group of friends that I had just met and the place was very busy, but the staff worked with our bigger group and was able to seat us outside at table to accommodate our larger group. We were seated quickly and had the best service! The food was great too, but the beers, top notch! Definitely a place to try if you are in the downtown Boulder area! Thank you for making my first night in CO, a memorable one! Would definitely come back when I am in town again!

I added my name to the waitlist for an outdoor table and waited for a full hour. Despite arriving earlier, the party that came after me was given the available outdoor table. And then they told me i have to wait 20 more minutes.I ended up wasting an hour of my time and had to look for another restaurant by 8:30 PM. This is very poor management of the waitlist and extremely disappointing.
