The Post Colorado is a bar known for having one of, if not the best fried chicken in Boulder, with good mac n cheese and great beer. The gluten free fried chicken is SO good you honestly can’t even tell it’s gluten free, and the staff is consistently accommodating. The service stands out; one guest’s meal came without fries, and the staff went above and beyond to make things right. The bartender, Drew, is noted for his crisp high five, supple hands, and great food and drink recommendations. During happy hour, a guest with limited time was given Drew’s own chicken sliders within 30 seconds instead of waiting. The atmosphere can get noisy, and reservations are recommended for dinner. The Post Colorado is recommended for the food, drinks, and hospitality.
