Ordered a chicken sandwich that wasn’t bad and the milkshake was good for a late night bite but the BLAT burger was inedible. The meat was hard, greasy and flat. Looked like they were microwaved and was a day old. Worst burger my wife has ever had. Nice sit down areas but the kitchen was a bit dirtier than you expect.

Don’t plan on coming back.

Came to this establishment on 7-6-2024. What's advertised on their menu is not what I got. I couldn't tell you much about flavor. Fries were ok, typical fries, nothing fancy. It's definitely overpriced for what I got, and i ordered multiple burgers. Strawberry milkshake had little to no flavor. Seems like they ran 1 patty through the deli meat slicer. Don't go hungry cause you leave hungry.
I WILL NEVER go back. See my pics, and you make the choice.

Worst tasting burger I've had in my life. Also, the double patty was so thin that I thought they made a mistake and gave us one patty. The ketchup packet was thicker than a patty. It was as thick as a coin. It looked like they took one patty and sliced it across into two. It was actually ridiculous. Also I paid extra for caramelized onions when they just put a regular onion on top.

Even if it was thicker and the onions were caramelized, or was still the worst tasting patty I've had in my life.

These are some of the most kind and friendly people I’ve met in Boulder! And the food is great! I’ve had some of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten at Boulder Burger, and they have 100% grass fed beef options! AND they have homemade fries! My son loves this place! I wish I could give more stars!
