Just a nice relaxing evening here eating good hearty dishes from farm to table . We went for the Tunis Lamb and the Pork entree.
We didn’t go the whole nine yards and do the 3 courses and in the end glad we didn’t . We just about finished our main meal and took desert home (recommend the passion fruit desert) The only minor minor criticism I’d have is the shared veggies were a little underdone/ kale was too bitter. Izzy our server was lovely and everyone was very easy going, enjoyed chatting to David too re the chefs spices
Receipt attached doesn’t include tip.
I’d say it’s about $80+ a person for one entree and a drink/or desert / more if you go for the 3 courses/cocktails. Hope this helps! We really enjoyed this relaxed environment and the chefs kitchen on full view. Would definitely go back.

Underwhelming experience. Grossly overpriced for the quality of the meal. This applies to the 4 different dinners served to our table.

Been here several times, most recently last Saturday. They do a wonderful job here. Excellent food that is locally grown or sourced. I know it sounds odd to say but their food is honest. Really good and honest. The service is fabulous and the atmosphere is just delightful. Especially cozy on a cold winter night. They are very vegan friendly too!

Every course was absolutely delicious!

I'm not typically a fan of radishes, but the salted radish appetizer included a pistachio and tahini sauce that made the whole dish so yummy.

The vegan chocolate dessert at the end was very decadent, and it paired nicely with some of the whiskey cocktails that were available.

Dietary restrictions: The kitchen was more than happy to work around a dairy allergy.

I spent the evening at the bar catching up w 2 other English High School friends. The bar tenders Ian and Dave were absolutely amazing. They both made the evening special. So please say a big thank you to them for their great service.

Big fan of the farm and amazing service! Unfortunately was disappointed with the meal and atmosphere. The butternut squash soup was AMAZING but other plates were somewhat bland and needed more flavor. It also just felt like a lot of $ for the food (flavor, not quantity). The expanded/re-opened dining room lacks the cozy/dim-lit vibe of the smaller space.

One of my favorite restaurants in Boulder!
Great farm to table ingredients, friendly staff, cozy interior and not pretentious.
Highly recommended!

Amazing! We had such a delightful date night at Bramble and Hare. The ambiance is beyond cozy and magical and the food is *delicious*! Also loved the cocktails and our wonderful server, Regina. We'll be back!

We wanted to love it. The concept is great, and we admire the farm to table element. The execution however was underwhelming at best.

My husband and I each ordered the $75 meal which included an Appetizer, Entree and Dessert.

Got started with the Wheat and Cinnamon Raisin Bread, with butter and Cranberry Orange Jam. This was ok.

Appetizers (The only food I got photos of): I ordered the Pork Empanada, I would give it a 1/5 the taste was bland, the pork was dry and so was the empanada. I couldn’t finish it and asked for a replacement. My husband ordered the stuffed green pepper and said it was slightly above average as the taste was mild and felt it was missing something.

Entrees: Lamb, it was cooked well, tender but had no flavor. Edible 2.5/5. My husband ordered the Pork, which again was cooked well but had no flavor despite the sauces smeared on the plates.

Side of Farm Fresh Veggies was good, comparable to sautéed veggies but really no flavor it was veggies nothing stood out.

Dessert: This was the only redeeming quality of this “upscale” meal. We both ordered the carrot cake and were pleasantly surprised by its overall flavor, texture and cohesiveness. 5/5

Overall impression not worth $200, in fact wouldn’t even say it was worth $100. Go for a dessert and a wine. Maybe.

The food was boring, bland, and extremely overpriced. Yet another example of how the Boulder food scene confuses expensive with good. Will never be back.

Used to be a great spot - now just another pretentious hipster joint with a rude and condescending mixologist behind the bar. You’re a glorified dishwasher - prob need to check that ego. If you want to be disrespected come on in. For premium food, cocktails and service Oak on 14th is a 180 from Bamble; better drinks, better food and infinitely better service. We will never go back.

From the staff and sommelier’s expert advice to one of the best pan-seared bass dishes I’ve ever had (perfect sear with perfect crunch!), a wonderful experience all around :)
