Overall we had a good experience, but a few missteps prevented me from giving a full 5 stars. The food started out on the right foot. The beets were fantastic, and the tomato soup was arguably the best any of us have had. For entrees, our table got the rabbit, salmon, and pork. The rabbit was cooked perfectly and the plate was very well balanced. The salmon was prepared exceptionally, but the grain on the plate was a bit heavy for the dish. With the pork, the flavors were good...but it was the driest pork any of us have had in a long time. Desserts returned to the quality of the appetizers, with exceptional cheesecake and pear anglaise. The service was attentive, and our server was very friendly and helpful. However, it was quite slow. Every course took such a long time to prepare, and every drink was a substantial wait. We requested wine with our meals several minutes before they arrived, and did not receive it until several minutes after the food was put on the table. A wine pairing is typically expected to arrive with the food, at least in my experience. We enjoyed ourselves otherwise, and are certainly open to coming back. A little fine-tuning could make this restaurant one of the best in Boulder.

I had high hopes for this farm to table restaurant but the food was just... lacking. Over salted, very over priced, and unnecessarily bougie feeling with the quality of the food just not aligning. The cocktail I had was great and the wine was also quite good. Ambience was okay.. it felt a little barren and (our waiter was great though). I wouldn't recommend this spot unfortunately, needs a refresh.

This was my second trip to your restaurant. The service was exceptional, Jeffrey, Louise and Ian all played an instrumental part of our exquisite food and wine experience. The snowball radishes were out of this world and so unique. I will be back to eat at Bramble and Hare every time I am in boulder! They are a must go-to dining experience.

There was a small amount of vegetables with the entrees - in our case, four people shared a medium bowl of vegetables, which I would have liked to eat by myself. For a restaurant where the farm to table story is there main draw, the limited availability of vegetables (especially with respect to the entrees) was disappointing.

This is the 2nd time we have been to Bramble & Hare and I don't believe we will be back. First of all, for a farm to table restaurant, I would expect the server to tell us a little about the farm and about the dishes. She never said anything, just "are you ready to order?" She didn't describe any dishes, or make any recommendations. I felt like we could have been at a diner. The appetizers were good, but the entrees were average at best. We thought pairing duck with lentils was not a good idea; and one of our guests was sick all night after eating the pork. There are a lot of other restaurants in Boulder and this is not one of our favorites.

Bramble and Hare was absolutely incredible! We were welcomed with bubbles for my birthday and the warmest, brightest energy from the staff. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left, we felt truly special — as if we were the only table in the restaurant. The food was phenomenal, and the farm-to-table concept shined through in every detail, from the creative cocktails to the delicious dishes. Bramble and Hare is perfect for a small, intimate evening that guarantees 100% satisfaction with every sip and every bite.

Ambiance was fantastic, the place felt very cozy and the seating was very comfortable. All of our food was amazing, and the service was quick and thoughtful. The noise level was comfortable, quiet enough to have a conversation, but loud enough to provide for a nice atmosphere.
