Overall we had a good experience, but a few missteps prevented me from giving a full 5 stars. The food started out on the right foot. The beets were fantastic, and the tomato soup was arguably the best any of us have had. For entrees, our table got the rabbit, salmon, and pork. The rabbit was cooked perfectly and the plate was very well balanced. The salmon was prepared exceptionally, but the grain on the plate was a bit heavy for the dish. With the pork, the flavors were good...but...
This was my second trip to your restaurant. The service was exceptional, Jeffrey, Louise and Ian all played an instrumental part of our exquisite food and wine experience. The snowball radishes were out of this world and so unique. I will be back to eat at Bramble and Hare every time I am in boulder! They are a must go-to dining experience.
Bramble and Hare was absolutely incredible! We were welcomed with bubbles for my birthday and the warmest, brightest energy from the staff. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left, we felt truly special — as if we were the only table in the restaurant. The food was phenomenal, and the farm-to-table concept shined through in every detail, from the creative cocktails to the delicious dishes.
