We went here for brunch last Sunday. I thought the food and service was really good. I think the most memorable thing to me about this place was the coffee, croissants, and raspberry jam. We live in Dallas, but would definitely come back next time we're in town.

Came here for restaurant week. It is paired up with Cafe Aion in the same building. We opted for the 3-course French menu at $45/pp. I ordered the French onion soup, coq au vin, and crème brûlée. My husband ordered the truffle fries, salmon, and chocolate torte. Starters- the fries were quite good; crispy and well seasoned. Unfortunately, the soup was way too salty and we could barely get through half of it. Main- each portion was enough to be full. The flavors of each dish were also fantastic. The chicken in the coq au vin was so tender it was falling off the bone. The salmon was nicely crisp and paired well with the mashed cauliflower. Dessert- not bad, not great. We would probably pass next time. Overall- 3.5 stars for the food, rounded up to 4 for great, efficient service. We saw others ordering food from the Spanish portion of the menu; perhaps we will try that and/or check out some of their other main dishes.

We just had two excellent experiences with Brasserie/Aion in one day. We went to Aion, Brasserie's sister restaurant, for lunch and had a delicious shakshuka, blueberry muffin and steak and eggs. The vibe was cozy and relaxing, and the person waiting on us was so friendly, and very kind about our toddler breaking a glass egg timer. Then tonight, without remembering that brasserie and Aion operate from the same kitchen, we ordered the Brasserie salmon salad for dinner. The chef called immediately to tell us that they had just run out of salmon. He said Doordash told him to just substitute whatever he thought was best, but he wanted to call and tell us all our options. We ended up getting chicken and steak to replace the salmon on our salad, and they were both incredibly well prepared and delicious. We order from Brasserie all the time, and they always take care to send us exactly what we ordered - and it's always well-packaged and delicious. Would highly recommend!

This restaurant is small & cozy. They had the fireplace going while we were there which added to the ambiance. The food was delicious. I ordered the Coq au Vin. The chicken fell off the bone! The jus was tasty. The sangria was pretty good as well as the Creme Brulee. My friends ordered the Cassoulet, Salmon Entree & Salmon Salad. They all said their dishes were very good.

Love that Cafe Aion requires proof of vaccination to eat inside! We enjoyed a wonderful brunch. Interesting, diverse menu, delicious food and excellent service. This was a birthday celebration and we got special treats! HIghly recommend.

Decided to order from Brasserie Boulder given, why not? Two stellar reviews, small relatively unknown business, French food... what could go wrong? We ordered a Cassoulet, Creme Brulee, and Duck Confit through Yelp for a whopping $85 bill. At this price point, this better be fine French dining meticulously packaged and delivered with a bow on it. Unfortunately, it was not. The stew from the cassoulet spilled everywhere--our bag was soaking wet. The cassoulet also was far too overloaded with beans for my partner's taste. And my duck confit was far from mind blowing. The duck was slightly too tough, the mashed potatoes were average, and everything about this meal was mediocre at best. Sadly, I would not pay over $40 combined for what we ordered, and will not be ordering again from here.

We LVED this place; COVID19 closed their doors! It is loud, lively place except their food was excellent and somewhat reminds mee of our times there. We celebrated, our daughter's 21st Birthday, low-key brunch with close girlfriends and us. We have been dining there for years, my husband and I, love the poulet (lol, chicken) and their onion soup (unable to recall name. If, it comes down to it; my husband would order and pick up soup to bring home, feeling of warmth in my tummy

Had the best dinner tonight for Valentines Day since the lock down. Every bite was delicious! So happy brasserie is still around in some form!

Brasserie Boulder is a French takeout and delivery only restaurant. They focus on French dishes that you can enjoy at home. When a friend told me about this place, we decided to give it a try. They are located on the Hill in Boulder so I was afraid they might no go to Louisville where I live. I was glad to see that delivery to my home is very reasonably priced, and the process easy and efficient (we ordered from HungryBuffs, you also have the option of choosing GrubHub) . Since they offered Duck Confit on the menu, I had to try it. Being French I miss this delicious dish that I can't make at home. The meat was exactly like what you'd get in France, and came with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a cherry demiglace. If you are not into French, they also have a burger that looked yummy and tasted good according to a friend. The four of us were happy with the entire experience, and I loved spending a relaxed dinner with friends without having to cook. Give them a try!
