We had yet another amazing dining experience at Brasserie Ten Ten. My wife and I had the mussels for an appetizer and then the grouper and short ribs for our entrees. The food was fantastic. The wait staff were wonderful. They remembered us from previous visits. They were friendly without being intrusive. We’ve been to a number of nice restaurants in Boulder, including some that are considerably more expensive, but Brasserie Ten Ten is our favorite thus far.

Simply the best steak I’ve ever had!!!!!!!

Been going here for years and this is the first time I’ve left disappointed. My husband’s pork chop was cooked to perfection but mine was so overcooked it was too dry and tough and I gave up after a few bites. Crab cakes were great though.

We had Jack as our waiter whom gave us exceptional service, he was very energetic, personable and made us feel really comfortable. He had great recommendations. The food was delicious and we loved the atmosphere.

Everything was excellent! Had the chicken, artichoke, and capers dish. YUM! Waiter was attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely love to go again.

Extremely disappointed and have been a patron and big fan since the restaurant's opening in 2003. Gave them a great Yelp review in 2013. This time, for my daughter's 31st birthday, it was angering. Called earlier in the day about bringing a small cake from a local bakery. "Not a problem." Arrive for dinner and tried to subtly hand off the cake to the hostess to give to the waiter. She says we'll have to talk to the waiter and doesn't take it. We are seated and the waiter comes to nicely welcome us and get drink orders. I spoke with him privately after to tell him about the cake and he says, "You'll need to speak with the manager, as they cannot serve food from outside the restaurant." The manager arrives at the table 5 minutes later and elaborately explains to us all that "The birthday cake shouldn't be a problem. We usually don't serve food from outside the restaurant. But for you we will do it, but we will need to charge you $1 per slice as a service charge." Money made the risk of outside food, and their policy, melt away. The $1 wasn't a game changer for me but so much for the birthday surprise... My daughter and family were stunned. Next came the steaks my daughter and wife ordered medium but arrived rare. Sent them back, and the manager came to apologize and explain they are preparing new steaks. We have table manners, so we wait to eat our food until everything arrives, and we wait, and we wait... and finally the new steaks arrive, so we all try to move on and enjoy what we have, warm as it may be. Now I certainly understand that mistakes can be made (not knowing how to cook a medium steak, seriously?) and my policy is to wait to see how the restaurant handles the mistake before passing judgement. As we all know the handling usually comes in the form of something being offered as complimentary, entrée(s), drink(s), appetizer(s), bread & butter, $1-O-Slice fee, all which we ordered. Not this evening. We were charged for everything. Nothing offered. Nada. Nil. Zero. Zilch. I know, the restaurant isn't required to do anything but, in my opinion, this is a lesson for future restaurant managers on poor decision making, poor service, and how to miss the chance to recover from a mistake.

We dined here this evening, excited for a good French dining experience.

The restaurant is very nice, although the tables are crammed in so close together you can barely walk between them even while the dining room is mostly empty.

Our server was great and very attentive.

We ordered some drinks, Fromagerie et Charcuterie, and Moules à la Bouillabaisse off the Happy Hour menu, Poulet Bocuse and Risotto de Homard (their highest ticket dish) for our entrées. Lastly, Crème Brûlée and Pot du Crème for dessert.

The Bouillabaisse was phenomenal! Seriously, delicious. The desserts, especially the Crème Brûlée was perfectly done from custard to sugar caramelization. The complaint here is that the Pot du Crème was in nothing more than an espresso cup, barely an ounce of pudding. A portion size that is simply not appropriate à la carte.

However, where they really dropped the ball was on the entrées. The Risotto dish was very underwhelming, bland, and frankly, it wasn't even Risotto, but possibly Bulgar wheat(?). And the four tiny scraps of lobster; really? For $55? Pretty insulting, honestly.

The Poulet Bocuse was intriguing to order, considering its name appears to be a play on the famous French chef Paul Bocuse. However, I'm not entirely sure what I even ate other than a bowl of mystery goulash. It didn't taste bad, but I was expecting something more inspired by the actual chef like whole cuts in velouté or the sauce d'espagnole that was allegedly in the dish. I dare say Chef Bocuse would not be pleased with his name being associated with whatever that was.

Overall, while they did somethings very well, the star(s) of the show didn't live up to the hype.

Ugh- I remember the food being amazing. The croque madame was barely toasted toast, some ham, an over hard egg, and worse than what I could make at home. I was looking for something special for brunch, and this was recommended. Waive off. Maybe they are shutting down the cook line after 2, even though they’re open until 3 and melt into happy hour. Very disappointing. Not worth $20.

The food was absolutely amazing! We got the cheese board, so fun to try all the things on there! And we both got the steaks (perfection).
It was our anniversary and they brought out a dessert on the house (so thoughtful and sweet). The service was probably the best I’ve ever received. Thank you again! Definitely returning :)

Quite nice French fare. The taste is more savory and strong than many other restaurants nearby...a pleasant change. Can be busy during lunch hour. As good as it was before pandemic!
