I know this is a staple in Boulder so I may get some flack here, but my husband and I split the pasta and clams dish for dinner last night (not currently on the online menu) and we've spent our entire Saturday today with food poisoning. I had several bites because I was starving but it was too fishy for me to continue which should have been a sign. The service was also pretty terrible for an upscale restaurant, and the server kept trying to upsell everything which got pretty awkward. Our favorite restaurant in town was The Med by the same owners, so we know this place can do better.

The service was extremely slow. We got our drink after a half an hour. The Cassoulet was extremely salty and the carrots were almost raw.

This place has gone downhill under (presumably) new management. Came for dessert. The cheese plate was literally a block of Romano cheese. Not crumbled, sliced, etc… a block. And dry/old. Better quality from Safeway. On to dessert; the Crème Brûlée was scrambled egg yolks set in cream. Yuck! Wait staff is a bunch of awesome local kids that don’t know anything food. I actually kind of view that as a plus, oddly.

Excellent service throughout the dinner. Good drinks and food, cozy atmosphere. Nobody in our group of 8 had a bad word to give. Wish I woukd have tried the truffle fries, but the onion soup was amazing.

What a wonderful meal! The food was spectacular and the dining room is gorgeous. Jason was a delight and made a fantastic martini. Definitely will be back soon.

$32 for hangar steak frites, a classic and economical staple of french bistros, is beyond ridiculous. Almost double the price from several years ago. Lots of salad, lots of fries, and of course a smaller beef portion than in the past. I used to frequent this restaurant often before the pandemic and tried it one more time recently and will absolutely not be going back. Overrated and overpriced.

Our server was personable, funny, and on top of it. They have the best French 77 I've ever had. They went above and beyond when our pate glass was broken at the top, for a very understandable reason. Just an overall great experience and excellent food. Drinks were fantastic.

I had moderate expectations of this place and it met and exceeded them. The service was friendly and made the evening fun. The food was good and solid. We had the lamb, short rib, pasta, and fish. All delicious and well prepared. The side dishes are a standout, and note they are huge, great for sharing among the table, we had carrots, potatoes and mushrooms. The sautéed mushrooms were a favorite. We will be back!

We went with two couples, everyone ordered different things and everything was impressively
Amazing meal. The French onion soup and the Coq au Vin were incredible. Our server, Lewis, was fantastic-- attentive, but not intrusive, with a deep knowledge of the menu.

Our favorite restaurant by far. We come here every weekend. The food, staff and environment are incredible. I wouldn't go any other place in Boulder for brunch. They have the best Riviera mojitos on the planet and the best food.

Took the college kid here for lunch. Burger was messy and undercooked but seasoned ok. Fries were good and salty. Wasn’t a fan of the tempura vegetables - which would be better served alongside a fluffy dip instead of oil. Overall OK but based on other’s reviews I expected better.
