This is the real deal New York Style pizza.
Not only did my pizza taste like cold, wet, soggy cardboard, my delivery order arrived incomplete. I called Brooklyn Pizza to figure out where the rest of my order was -- the employee I spoke with (he said he was the chef) apologized and offered me a full refund. Minutes later, Genc, the owner, called. He was rude, aggressive, would hardly let me speak, said he'd "never refund my money," then hung up the phone.
