I have dined at this hidden gem in Boulder on many occasions over the years - from birthdays, to special celebrations, or just craving a great Italian meal - not to mention their world famous garlic bread, fresh out of the oven and delivered to the table. I can always expect the best of everything at Carellis. I had the carbonara last night. It was fantastic. Waiter brought out a surprise huge fudgy delicious slice of cake with a candle for my friend s birthday. Didn't expect that! Classy place.
Everything was perfect. The service was the best I've ever had there, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and lovely. This is one of my very favorite Italian restaurants.
