The tour guide was great. Not a whole lot to see during the tour though. It is good to at least say you have done it once.
The shop has tons of teas you don't see in stores.
Absolutely wonderful. I loved the samples and all the tea selection.
I’ve been drinking Celestial Seasonings tea for years. Now I’m hearing that it might contain plastic. VERY CONCERNING!!!
Great experience
Worth the tour and samples! A fun pit stop while in Boulder.
A great tour and tea tasting!
This is a wonderful place to visit any time, but especially at Christmas time.
Fantastic place to tour or purchase amazing tea.
There is a tour that happens on the hour but we didn't get to do it because we got there about 10 minutes after the tour started and we needed to be back to Denver...maybe next time! The Tea Store has all kinds of interesting things including all the different teas! There were several different tea cups as well as travel cups! There were also souvenirs like t-shirts, magnets, small little succulent plants in cute containers (vases) that are about 4/5" tall so I bought one cause it is too cute! I also purchased some tea! If you've never been and you're hanging out in Boulder, go! It's a delicate experience with all the tea accessories!
We had an amazing tour with Joanne and Greta today, and the tea tasting and shop are so fun!

Great little tour and nice tea sampling. Learned a lot in such a small amount of time.
It would be awesome to see some of the actual tea being prepared, rather than the packaging.
Wonderful experience. Learned a lot, and the smells were amazing. Great place to take out of town family/ friends.
This was a great addition to our trip, even for my non-tea loving family. The tour is really well done, lots of tea samples available, and the gift shop has a ton of merch available. Highly recommend visiting.
I was here over the weekend, a semi-regular customer for about 8 years when I moved to the front range. I have a service dog and there has never been a problem. This weekend I was informed that I could not go to the tea tasting room or the tour (which I had no interest in the tour anyway). I clarified that the tasting room and tours are all open to the general public EXCEPT those with service dogs?? Yep. because they do food prep was the very flimsy excuse. My serviced dog has been in hundreds if not thousands of restaurants over the past 5 1/2 year. This place boils water... I'm happy to simply not return but I do hope an ADA lawyer sees this and forces some positive change. That this is happening in Boulder is just disgusting.DO BETTER!
