Avery Brewing Company is a great brewery stop with a big, comfortable space and plenty of beer to choose from. The tap list has a nice mix of styles, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s an easy place to spend a couple of hours with friends. The food is solid too, so it works just as well for a full meal as it does for a quick beer stop.
Five stars for the beer. Three stars for all the unattended feral children.
Service was excellent! Such a pleasant experience for my first visit. The bartender picked a few beers for me to try, without me asking. The service was just amazing!
The food was quite good! Gumbo, delicious! Pretzel, delicious! Fries, didn’t taste much garlic but the dipping sauces made it very good!
Parking is limited but there’s street parking as well. My friend has an EV and was able to get it charged while we were here.

Inside is perfect for hot days, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service. The food menu varies daily, and the steak sandwich is a standout dish that melts in your mouth. The chicken sammy and Mac n cheese are also highly recommended, with the Mac n cheese being described as off the chain. Save room for dessert - the carrot cake and peanut butter pie are both delightful. The beer flight is customizable, featuring options like White Rascal and Avery IPA as top favorites, while other options are fantastic too. Cellared beers didn't disappoint. Avery Brewing Company is a fantastic spot to enjoy good food, super solid beers, and a great vibe, making it both a local favorite and a destination brewery.
