Authentic Thai and Vietnamese food that is absolutely delicious. Plus it's family run which means there is a constant eye on detail and quality. This place has been around in Boulder for over 30 years so it has listed the test of time and is a bowler classic. Highly recommend!
How funny reading all these ugly reviews critiquing the service. In all my years of eating asian food, the best I have eaten comes from the seemingly most rude of servers. It must be a cultural thing or something.

I am giving 5 gold stars to Chez Chez Thuy because every time I go there to eat, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is excellent! I always feel special and like I am welcome guest! Thank you all for your service to Boulder, Colorado!
