The vegan miso base ramen was tasty and filling! I think if they had more vegan bases like a vegan tonkotsu it would be ever better; I was surprised they only had one vegan option when so many people in Boulder are vegan! Otherwise the atmosphere is very nice and the service is quick!

This is hands down the best ramen I’ve had in Colorado. Be sure to also check out their location on 16th street mall in Denver. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Their signature Black Tonkotsu ramen is the best! Pro tip: Add a soft boiled egg.

Walked in very exhausted & craving ramen, Charolette was so kind and informative about the menu, amazing service.
Then the ramen came out steaming & sexy & was so damn delicious that my friend literally cried.
