Server and host was absolutely amazing, they ran out of child menus so hand made one for our daughter which is huge in my book and will make me come back again... food may have been the only challenge steaks seemed to all be a little overcooked (medium rares were medium, mediums were medium well) but seemed like good cuts and was not a major issue. In addition, great happy hour deals.
Slow all around from the bar to food coming out. I don't think they will make it in the long run. Other restaurants on Pearl were packed. Frank's was on the quiet side which made the slow service even more perplexing.

We went to Frank's on a Tuesday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the loaded chicken fingers which were unique and yummy. We each got steaks - the strip and the bison strip. All were delicious. Service was very good and quick. Overall great experience and we will definitely go back!
