Good but not great. What makes Cold Stone creamery great is when they thoroughly mix in the fruit and other toppings. Here, apparently the ice cream is too frozen for them to thoroughly mix it or they just don't put enough muscle into it.

I went here because I got a birthday coupon for an ice cream and I decided to treat myself. I ordered using the Cold Stone app, which was absolutely flawless. When I arrive, I'm told they are out of BOTH flavors I had requested in my creation. I accept their substitutions and go on my way. (The guys at the counter made me a little extra to make up for having to substitute.) Anyway, I got my follow-up email from the restaurant manager and I let her know about my experience....

Creators of sublime deliciousness. I’ll be back sooner than I should be, bday cake remix is quite excellent in a waffle cone. Service was friendly. I always enjoy it more when they fill the cone or bowl to tipping capacity. Puts a smile on everyone’s face. Thank you!
