Pretty let down especially after seeing all the other excellent reviews, service was quite poor and food disappointing. Drinks and bread were great and everything was downhill from there. Views are lovely though

What a lovely place. I am European, though not Spanish. The service and pace at this restaurant is top. Nobody rushes you. They are attentive to what you are asking for. No person asks “are you still working on that”. Service is wonderful. You are welcome, and they make sure of the fact that this is your dining experience. Now let’s get to the food. They make good use of herbs and spices. Also of broiling and grilling. The food is great. We are going back.Wheelchair accessibility: You can take the elevator up to the top floor. No wheelchair restrictions.

I don’t even know where to start, every single dish was absolutely delicious, we started with papas bravas in the most amazing brava sauce ever, then some anchovies with bread and olive oil, main dishes were American Wagyu Denver and salmon with lemon butter and a side of Broccolini. You definitely want to leave some room for dessert, try the cheese cake with berries, super creamy, fluffy and flavorful.Excellent service, everyone was friendly and helpful. This should be at the top in your Boulder list.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed in celebrating a birthday here. I thought there would be some type of card or small gesture but there wasn't anything besides the host asking if we were celebrating a birthday. Definitely more of an everyday restaurant rather than a place to celebrate a special moment.

I made a reservation for tapas in the Alpen Globe. It was a Monday. We waited at the door for several minutes before someone came. The staff seemed surprised that we were there (they did not have my name on the reservations)--we kept getting someone new to our table. I had to walk my drink back to the bar myself when it was not as I ordered. The bartender was kind but I stood there awkwardly while she remade my drink. I had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but when I asked for a dessert menu (after the waiter said--"Do you want the check?), he came back to say only one dessert was available before 5. I felt like we were an afterthought or an imposition.

Fantastic all-around.Delicious drinks, great food, impeccable service. We had 3 vegetarians plus one for dinner and everything was fantastic. Eat in the igloos if you can - it’s cozy and a lovely extra touch. The only true downside is a limited dessert menu.Recs:HamachiSeabassRibeyeBourbon cocktailsDelicata squashWine list

The food was overall a disappointment. I love Spanish food but this didn't really meet the mark, especially for the price. If portions are going to be so small they need to pack flavor, but the octopus and black cod didn't have much. I could have made better broccolini. The bison was pretty decent, but that's not exactly a Spanish dish. We were convinced to try the fries but they were on the pale/mushy side.We didn't take in the views because we came in the evening, so maybe that normally enhances the dining experience. Either way, I prefer Ultriea in Denver.

Corrida is just - okay. Considering the price point of the food and the ingredients, we expected to be wowed by the dishes but we both agreed that the food fell short. We walked away after almost a $300 bill and we were still craving something to eat. It just didn't stand out as anything special.

The staff at Corrida was amazing! We accidentally made a reservation for when they close and they still accommodated us and we never felt rushed. The food and service was amazing as well!

We took a client for dinner at Corrida. Food was just ok, wine was just ok, and server spilt a drink all over our client. Serving staff all looked like they were 17 and had just pulled a white shirt and wrinkled khakis out of the dirty laundry. Sides like the potato bravas were a little blah. Steak didn't feel like it was a $200 steak. Total bill came to $1,200 with 3 cocktails and a bottle of wine. Place felt about 1/2 empty. Both the food and the service have to improve or this place is not going to be around much longer. The best thing about it is the view before sunset and the $25 gin and tonic.

Disappointed at the quality of food. Too much smoked paprika in each dish. The fish tasted and smelled fishy. The best part of the meal was garlic butter and bread. We complained so they gave us 3 desserts for free. And we didn't even finish those, cheese cake was dry. I don't mind paying for good food. This place is not cheap but food is mediocre. Will not be back. There was 6 of us and everyone agrees with my review

Atmosphere & service are top notch. Impeccable. Food was not impressive & some was just not good tasting for a hefty price.Charcuterie- My favorite of all we tried. Wish had more variety though.Pulpo- cooked perfectly which is hard to do so that was impressive but the flavor was honestly not good at all. Bummer.American wagyu- tasty. I liked it a lot.. just small portion.Bison- pretty good. Small portion.Patatas bravas- disgusting. So sorry to say so but I couldn't even stomach them.Anyway, obvious that the chef is a good cook & food quality is good. All meats were cooked perfectly but the flavor profiling when adding to the dishes was not good. Needs work at flavor profiling/balancing.
