Stopping by for Free Cone Day on March 19th was a fantastic experience, even with the significantly higher customer volume! While the atmosphere was definitely crowded, the high energy and a fast-moving line made the wait much shorter than anticipated. The service was especially impressive; the staff remained upbeat, efficient, and organized despite the high-pressure environment. It is great to find such perfect consistency in quality compared to out-of-state locations, delivering that same creamy, iconic soft-serve every time. The staff is amazing, I was here with a group of about 5 people for the NOAC conference at CU and the staff offered to fill all of our Nalgenes in the hot weather, in addition to the friendly and attentive service they provided beforehand. Food was out fast and tasted great. Thank you Boulder DQ!

rating 1 cause theres nothing lower. No longer serve chocolate go to Sweet Cow or Coldstone. Heard everything from broken machine to no one eats chocolate and it goes soft. how about - LAZY OWNER. Its been several months they are prob owned by the same one on 28th that went out of business. Sweet Cow and Coldstone rock!!!!

This was maybe the saddest ice cream cone I've gotten. My small cone on the right was nearly $4. I know it's Dairy Queen and I should lower my expectations, but shrinkflation is getting ridiculous.

I go in one evening and this blonde hair kid working has his friends show up. I'm waiting for my order and his 2 friends show up and say hey can we get 3 medium chocolate shakes. Sure, the blonde kid says "do you want to make them yourself"? This kid walks around the counter in his street clothes and starts making shakes. Unreal, with customers in the store not only is this an osha violation, this should never happen. I bet this kind of stuff happens often considering most of the workers seem to be college kids.

Went in for lunch ordered chili cheese hot dog and fries. They microwaved both right in front of me? My fries were a soggy molten hot mess and the dog was still frozen inside. My milkshake was good.

This is a lovely Dairy Queen, as far as I 'm concerned. I've lived in the area for 20+ years and have never experienced any of the kinds of negative things I see here in the reviews. Especially under the most recent manager, I think they've done a great job of keeping the place tidy and friendly - and the ice cream is great! The manager even went out of his way to figure out how to remake a seasonal order for me (s'mores blizzard) without the traditional materials! What a sweetheart !! ❤️
