Stopping by for Free Cone Day on March 19th was a fantastic experience, even with the significantly higher customer volume! While the atmosphere was definitely crowded, the high energy and a fast-moving line made the wait much shorter than anticipated. The service was especially impressive; the staff remained upbeat, efficient, and organized despite the high-pressure environment. The staff is amazing, I was here with a group of about 5 people for the NOAC conference at CU and the staff offered to fill all of our Nalgenes in the hot weather, in addition to the friendly and attentive service they provided beforehand. Food was out fast and tasted great. Thank you Boulder DQ!

Need to step up their ice cream cake and customer service game. The ice cream itself is good though. They also didn’t have the twist cone available. :/ Sad that the other Boulder location closed down!! :(
