Loyal customer for 2+ years. Breads are reliably excellent, but usually in short supply. The croissants (plain and chocolate) could be excellent, but are routinely undercooked and doughy in the middle. I wish they would do more quality control for their core pastries.

I love their drinks and bread. Inside seating is small but airy. Outside area is great for relaxing and catching up with friends.

I went here once and it was great. The bread and pastries are really good and they have a lot of unique and interesting items on the menu. For example, I got a pastry which had corn and flowers on it that was both cute and delicious. I also had the fizzy matcha which isn't something I'd normally drink but it was a very unique item and very tasty. I definitely want to come here again to try more of their baked goods.
Vegetarian options: There are items such as bread which are vegetarian, but the menu isn't necessarily labeled for vegetarian and vegan items.

Great bakery but the breakfast is really something to try. So many interesting and unusual choices including a great sausage croissant sandwich.
There are also unique items to purchase like wine, flour, coffee, chocolate mushroom, sardines, tote bags and more.

About as boulder as you can get. Pastries displayed aesthetically, but without any prices listed (because I guess money used in transactions isn’t a real thing in boulder?)
Can you imagine a coffee shop/bakery in a blue collar city trying to get away with having their pastries displayed without listing prices? It’s absurd.
…situated right below a condominium complex where a one bedroom condo is above 700k.
There’s something really wrong with this boulder bubble.
Great congee with salmon and toast plate with 7 min egg & chai!

The croissant was really good though a bit pricey. I went there for the flour but didn't buy any because it only comes in plastic bags - common guys - that was your chance to do something good for the planet and you opted out? Why?

Absolutely scrumptious croissant, equally flaky exterior and soft, delicate interior. Chef Whitaker knows what he is doing! Great atmosphere and friendly service too!

I love dry storage bread, but $11 for just lettuce and some cabbage?!
