I've been eating at Falafel King for decades. The food is delicious and always prepared well. The falafel is crispy on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside. The gyro meat is flavorful and tender and the lettuce is fresh all wrapped in a deliciously fresh and hot pita bread!
Walking into the restaurant, I was greeted with a welcoming family atmosphere. The gentleman that took my order was extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu, that’s always refreshing.
Super solid food, would recommend to anyone in the Boulder area. Felt like there was real work and dedication put into this meal.

I play my ukulele and sing in the area for tips, and a nice lady saw me taking a break and asked me if I would play for her, and I quickly had my instrument out and started playing as she ate. I love to just add color and entertainment to an otherwise bland world and will always play if it makes anyone happy, regardless of if I am being tipped or not. She finished up and was very grateful and then surprised me by saying she wanted to buy me dinner! I hadn't yet had dinner...
