Love this place! Great food, very easy and comfortable setting. There is ample street parking and a big open seating area in the front. I've only been here for breakfast, so I can only speak to that. In both instances, my breakfast was solid. Food cooked perfectly. Their pancakes are moist and very yummy. The egg dishes are cooked well and the flavorful. Good strong coffee. Lastly, they have a great chocolate peanut butte cake!!

The only downside is that the sausages are pretty expensive. Other than that it was really yummy. You can't really taste the strange flavors in the sausage if you decide to go with the exotic kinds: they have a lot of spices so it sort of masks any weirdness.

super bomb! Also the portions are big so keep that in mind. The sliders are about the size of a chic fil a sandwich so 2 sliders and fries is enough for 2 average people. Love the taste and the seasoning... and they give you packets of honey!!! Hella good!!

This is a great spot! Go around back and follow signs for Fasika restaurant. Sometimes you have to knock on the door or ring the bell.I think the location just adds to its charm. After discovering a restaurant hidden in the back of a motel, our whole night felt full of possibility. While waiting for our food, we wandered the streets of boulder in something of a daze, sipped whiskey in a nearby alley, and generally had a good time. The food comes with plenty of injera.

But anyways we get here and it's DEAD on a Saturday? We were questioning our decision. Mind you the Bf wanted tapas, he had just returned from being in Spain and all of a sudden he just wants tapas

I’ve been wanting to try Ethiopian for a while, I’m so glad this place popped up. I ordered the veggie combo so I could try as much stuff as I could.Really, I’m not sure what I was eating but it was AMAZING. The flatbread is spongy and tangy and goes really well with the assortment of what I can only describe as curried vegetables and lentils. It’s just so GOOD. Barely spicy but full of flavor and crunchy vegetables. My takeout was wrapped in a way that didn’t spill, wasn’t oily, and was pretty sturdy the whole drive home.The only issue was finding the place. I called the guy three times because I really was struggling and he was more than happy to help.If you guys read your reviews—keep it up! But please add a place where I can tip online. I didn’t have cash on me today. I will next time for sure, and I plan on coming back very soon.

I have been looking for Ethiopian food in Boulder for YEARS. So grateful to have found a plug. This place is a bit hard to find. It is on the side of the hotel behind the parked food trucks. They use the hotels kitchen to produce the food out of.The vegan combo plate was divine. I hope they stay around for a long time and are able to grow into their own space.

These guys are awesome, they are authentic, accommodating, and down to earth. I got two extra rolls of injera! The vegetable combo was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy—I’ll be back to try some of their meat entrees.
