I have been coming here for 5+ years and have had a mostly good experience every time. Tonight I experienced the rudest worker. Dude was a complete jerk for no reason. Had a terrible attitude, and an ugly look on his face like he's better than everyone. Honestly as long as this dude is employed, I'll be refraining from bringing my business here. Absolute worst service worker on the hill. Foods still good though.

Gave my order to someone else, didn't even apologize. I was there for more than 20 minutes, sitting in front of the cashier. Common sense says the employee should notice that I didn't give my food. I asked them why my food took so long, they said they gave it to someone else (who didn't even show his receipt. Just went in and the employee gave him my food). That feels like an intentional mistake to me. They gave me a refund, but you can't refund my time.

$22, took a decent amount of time, dry stale buns, tiny burger patty, but it wasn't like fatty or well prepared.Onion rings were passing, it was a clean store drink machine was clean just didn't feel like I "went out to eat" this was worse than Wendy's 2 miles from my house deep fried Oreos are better as a treat than the burger was as a meal and the only saver

The experience was amazing! The food was incredible. We had the fat cow, Philly, chicken tenders, single burger, fries, and deep fried Oreos. The amount of food is huge! The service was excellent and quick. The owner was very nice and helpful. We came here from out of state and I’m so glad we decided to eat here. This is definitely a place you need to add to your list of places to eat. You won’t regret it I promise.

This took so freaking long. Waited 30 minutes inside for our 4 burgers and the worker seemed like she was either insane or on Crack. Food was alright though.

It's awesome that they're open late. And I'm sure the location is convenient for the college students. I guess I was expecting something similar to a 5 Guys burger and fries, but to cost a bit more since it was late night. It wasn't really comparable. I know 5 Guys servings are large and wasn't expecting that, but I could have eaten 2x of the burger and fries. And it cost at least as as much.Next time I'll try ihop unless I'm right nearby. One thing, they have a variety of deep fried cheese items. I can't eat cheese but if you can that may be a reason to go.The workers were doing their best with the swarm of drunk kids roaming around, cheers for them.

Manager completely UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO HERE. Their “kiosk” got our order completely wrong. I very politely pointed it out to the manager; rather than correcting the issue, he insisted the kiosk wasn’t wrong- instead of fixing our order. We paid for $38 of food, and he delivered us one burger. He didn’t like that I challenged him on the problem, so HE CALLED THE COPS!! NO LIE. Complete A Hole. The guy should be managing a K Mart. Knows ZERO about costumer service. Do NOT eat here.

Last Wednesday night when Fat Shack was about to close my friends and I went in to get food. Brayan, Moss, and Elvis were working. Even though it was so late they treated us with nothing but kindness and cooked us up some great food. These three men are angels and deserve a raise.

Food used to be good, changed their supplier or something. Now less sauce choices, food is obviously lower quality, and cut the sandwich sizes at no cut to cost. I like this place but this is ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE. Manager is completely unprofessional. Never seen anything like it. Their kiosk screwed up our order. We were supposed to have 3 burgers; paid for 3 burgers AND tipped 20% on top (pre-service); we only got one double burger (which no one ordered). I told the manager our order was wrong and asked him to correct. He told me "no, you get what you get it". I asked for my money back, he said no, and asked me to leave. I said we wouldn't leave until my family ate at least part of what we already paid for. HE CALLED THE COPS. NO JOKE. THE GUY CALLED THE COPS, WHO CAME AND WATCHED US EAT (Not me, because I never got my food). A perfect example of horrible management, zero acknowledgement that customers pay the bills and the employees, and a totally rude, incompetent manager. I will personally donate $1,000 to every fraternity and sorority on the Hill to go to every burger place on the Hill EXCEPT Fat Shack. Never, ever have I seen anything like it in my life. I can't believe somebody would have a "manager" like that on their staff. At least five families, all of whom witnessed the nonsense told us all of the kids have noted this manager has a habit of being regularly disrespectful to customers. On top of that, the tables and bathrooms are disgustingly filthy. A perfect example of total mismanagement, and no concern whatsoever for customer service. TOTAL ZERO. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PASS.
