Ordered a burger bowl and its the second time they forgot to include any of the toppings I asked for. I called back and asked for a refund (back in september) and asked for the manager and nothing ever happened

I had a minor issue with a togo order recently, and the way Anthony, the manager, handled it, was above and beyond all-pro. Food service can be hectic and busy, and mistakes are going to happen, but the way emotionally intelligent people with integrity handle these situations is what matters most and keeps loyal customers coming back. I got the burger all the way, asked for no ketchup and no bacon whatsoever, no pork at all and my burger comes undercooked and I came back to ask them to remake it, as this is not the way I eat meat. So they did remake it and after taking a bite, I realized it has bacon in it and I don’t eat pork in any forms. The manager was hostile towards me but did remake it again and I am never coming back to five guys again. Not the kind of experience I was looking for. Aaaand, they made me eat bacon!

Food is great, but my last meal with a cheeseburger, soda, and small fry was $20. AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! They even had the nerve to ask for a tip on top of it. Will not be visiting Five Guys anymore, they’ve officially priced me out.
