Warm, friendly, hard-working staff that makes the best Thai food in Boulder. No need to go anywhere else in town. I've traveled through Thailand and this is very authentic and delicious. Go to Folsom Thai.

My chicken was dry even though the dish had good flavor. They had such loud music playing even with just a few people dining in. They even played closing time as we were packing up our leftovers and it was still two minutes till they closed.

This place never disappoints. I have delivered orders from here hundreds of times and 99% of the time they have the food ready to go. The service is and always has been incredibly friendly. The food is also amazing. I’ve had it a few times over my years in Boulder. When you have delivered thousands of orders from different restaurants in Boulder, you know which ones have it together, and which ones do not. If a place takes this kind of pride in their to go orders, it’s a winner. Thanks so much to everyone at Folsom Thai!

Whoever was cooking the Pad Thai around 3pm today is a bona fide Chef. I ordered delivery and it arrived fresh, gorgeous and stacked with crunchy peanuts, tangy lime wedges and perfectly pan seared chicken bits. The egg was like no other egg texture I’ve eaten, it was perfection.

I love the pad Thai and green curry. I also get the crab cheese wontons and they’re some of my favorites. Super crispy and tasty. Folsom Thai satisfies my Thai food craving every time.

Great underground Thai spot in boulder, with all the typical dishes and a great lunch deal. It’s tucked inside of a building complex, located close to Colorado University. They have a great lunch special where you can get a dish, a drink, and an appetizer for a cheap price. The dishes themselves are filling and the portions are good. Lots of seating indoors, and the ordering staff are very nice. If I lived in the area, this would probably be my routine go to Thai spot!

This was my first time in almost 10 years living here trying Folsom Thai. The food was fine. I got the red curry (pretty standard, nothing special), my friend got the tonkatsu ramen ("tasty, but in general underwhelming"). The low rating was for service. I ordered for takeaway through yelp. After an hour waiting for the confirmation that the order was completed, I called, and the young woman who answered was like, oh, that's been sitting here for 20 minutes. okay. So, I walk over and when I arrive at the business the door is locked from the outside... when i knocked several times the young woman did not even look up, but rather a nearby customer had to get up from his meal to let me in. there were only 3 people in this small venue to begin with and no ambient noise, not music was even playing. Honestly, for the same amount of money, Alloy Thai is not that much farther (maybe 2 square blocks?) and you get a much MUCH nicer environment and service experience. I would have walked away at the door, but the bill for 2 lunch entrees +20% tip was almost $40. what a joke.

Fresh poultry, and produce, simple clean flavor. Excellent service, very fast cook. I do want to add I really wish when ordering a few poultry dishes, I'd rather not taste seafood. Excellent boulder go to for Thai.

Amazing thai food! My go to is Green Curry and it did not disappoint!! They have tons of warnings about spice level on the menu - I found the medium level to be great, not too spicy. I will absolutely be back here!!

We had dinner delivered from here last night. The fairly large order was perfectly accurate, packed nicely, and arrived hot, which is not always the case here in Boulder. Unfortunately, the food itself was not so good. We enjoyed the crispy wontons (8/10, though not even sure if that is Thai food?) but the pad thai (4/5) and the gra prow (5/5) were below average - somehow they were both bland while still having some off-putting flavors. One of us enjoyed the tom kha soup while the other thought it was pretty bad. The chicken satay skewers were super thin, but did taste pretty good. We may try again one day, but won't be ordering the same thing again.
