Did the tasting menu and it was fantastic. Some of the cocktails were a little “meh”, and so I’d be more likely to do wine there in the future. The caviar on corn cake—one of the three starters—was probably the best bite of food I’ve had this year.
The crudo (the second course) seemed a bit lacking to me, but others at the table really liked it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Frasca was an excellent experience. I went a couple of weeks ago for a special occasion and it was worth the price tag. Its a culinary and dining experience that was memorable and excellent. The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and showed true enjoyment for what they do. Our main server, Wesley was attentive and great the entire evening. The food was full of flavors that are tied to the story of the restaurant and offers something unique. The atmosphere and setting was something special, I feel like we forget the art of dining in the US sometimes and the folks at Frasca have crafted a great experience worth trying if you are in Boulder.

The food was delicious - an understatement. The chefs had incredible pairings and combinations. The plating and creativity was astounding. I plan to come again next month. I do think the service could have been a little less obvious in their.... uncertainty of our party. A party of four, younger women was not originally accepted wholeheartedly BUT, we cracked 'em and by the end of the night, I believe they warmed up to us. I really enjoyed the excitement the servers had while presenting each course. They were attentive and a guest with us HAD to share the delicious-ness with her husband. They had a great presentation for a to- go bag. Overall, very pleased. And again, planning on returning with my husband within the next few weeks. A MUST stop.

Service on a Thursday was said to be busier than normal. We likely got there between the first and second table covers. I wish we had gotten our drinks before the second course had arrived. :( Front of house needed to communicate a little better with the back to delay the food.
I thought it was awesome that the chefs came out and presented the food. Keep up the good work.

I love vegan food .I love this location in Boulder .My grandmom.loves. the spinach salad and the strawberries .She lives in Boulder and she enjoys the big transparent windows at the front .we like to go once per week to eat here and chat .is a quiet atmosphere and friendly servers

The reputation preceded my visit, but I wanted to experience for myself. From the moment we walked in it was apparent that this was a very different high excellence experience. The number of servers who seamlessly work together to provide world class service that walks the fine line of familiarity and professionalism was extraordinary. The choice between the chefs fixed menu and the four choices was difficult but without unanimous buy in to partake in the extensive chefs menu, we decided to make our individual selections from the four course alacarte menus. We also added an irresistible optional pasta course that was well worth the extra calories. This is truly a special place at all levels. World class!

I flew into Denver to visit family and saw this place won the James Beard award and decided we had to go. They accommodated a last minute reservation change and created an incredible experience. The difference between Frasca and other places that serve good food is that this was more than fantastic food, it was an incredible experience. Everything was immaculate from the table to the restroom. The servers were incredible and the Negroni cocktail was the best I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond and I specifically appreciated their personalized touch in knowing details about my visit. It felt very inviting.
