Best coffee in Boulder, no contest. They take coffee seriously! Whether you're looking for drip coffee or espresso, Gabee is prime. They also have a good selection of breakfast food including tasty scones, gluten free treats, and breakfast burritos. The service is also top-tier.
These ladies were soooo so sweet to me, I walked in 4 mins to close and they didn't shut the espresso machine off yet and were more than happy to make me two drinks. At any other coffee shop in Boulder you'd be met with attitude upon coming in so close to close. Really a great store and great coffee!
Truly the best coffee shop. I am in New York and have yet to find somewhere that compares, and always have to buy a few bags of their Ethiopian whenever I am in town. Not only that, the owners are incredibly kind and unbelievably knowledgeable about the product. Everything you want a coffee shop to be.
