Always fabulous. The service is unparalleled in northern colorado. We never feel rushed. The food is of course wonderful. We usually get the meatballs and every time, they're still a treat!

Loved everything we ordered. The roasted cauliflower and the squash soup were our favorites.
Ordered - oysters, Boquerones, atun crostini, roasted cauliflower, winter squash soup, baked mussels, chorizo wrapped black cod, and tarta de Santiago.
If we lived here, we would be here every week.

Overall food quality was average. For example, the croquetas de chorizo were comparable to Totino's pizza rolls—didn't even use bechamel, and the flavor of the chorizo was sadly masked by the added idiazabal. Poor culinary choices. Gemini certainly receives more hype than it deserves.

Reason for four stars on the atmosphere, and the only thing that could be improved, would be to dim the lights a little bit more, sitting at the bar the lights were very bright.
We went to Gemini in Boulder and absolutely loved it! Definitely make a reservation if you want a table it gets packed. We didn’t have one, so we sat at the bar, and I’m so glad we did! The bartenders were super sweet and friendly they even let us try their sangria before ordering, which was such a nice touch. The restaurant serves tapas-style dishes, so the portions are smaller and perfect for sharing. Every plate we tried was delicious and beautifully made. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service I can’t wait to go back!

Where to even begin with Gemini….. they tout themselves as being “authentic Spanish tapas”, but that is far from the truth. The simplest and most basic tapa is Spain is pan con tomate. Somehow Gemini found a way to get it so wrong. It’s not supposed to be warm and it’s not supposed to taste like pizza (no herbs). Then there’s the ambiance, they did a good job with making the inside and bar very nice, but the music they play just DESTROYS the ambiance. How are you supposed to enjoy “authentic Spanish tapas” while listening to trash pop that’s all over the place. Gemini, you could be so much better for everyone in Boulder to get a true taste of what Spain and tapas are like. Do better.
