I was here on my birthday last Wednesday. I had been here twice before and the food was amazing. This last time, I had shrimp scampi. There was no garlic and no other seasonings. Very bland. I tried adding my own seasoning and it was still bland. While the waiter did take it off of the ticket, I was still disappointed

Super cute place. 3 stars hurts a little to give, but they kinda only have 1-2 fantastic menu items, and the rest is very mid. Definitely go for the chicken piccata.

I made the mistake of ordering something else and they served me something that I would have made at midnight in college while drunk. It was basically boxed spaghetti, tomatoes, and clams, in about an inch or so of water/weak broth. The (cook?) came out and just dropped it on the table and said "it's a little watery" and left.

I'm not sure if I'd go again.

Not sure if it's a regular thing to have the pasta sauce in a seperate container when ordering take out.....but for 20 bucks seems a little steep for something that will now lack flavor....

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. I’m not from Boulder but I do visit frequently. I was blown away by the food quality and price. I brought my 2 grandsons, ages 1 1/2 and 4. They had pasta and I was super impressed by the FRESHLY HOME MADE pasta!!! I eat Keto and was blown away by the zoodle veggie mixture that they can sub for ANY pasta dish on the menu!!! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and they had colored pencils instead of crayons for the kids. Way better in my mind. Anyway, I will for sure come back next time I’m in town.

I had hopes of decent italian food because of what i read on the website. However, I found inauthentic Italian food, based on how many of the dishes use cream ( a sin to italian cooks). I started with a lamentable calamari starter that was loaded with a simple salad (no dressing). My main course was mushroom ravioli, the pasta had the texture of being allowed to sit too long before the pesto was added and the pesto sauce had little flavor or pignoli nuts. The waitress was friendly and doing a good job of attended to the guests. The interior decor seemed more generic strip mall than italian inspired.

Dinner was great. I had the mushroom ravioli. It was unreal! My mom had the carbonara, and it was bland. It's missing something; it needs to be more decadent. She also had the beet salad which she loved. Clams were superb and the tomato soup gorganzala was excellent. I will be back!

Very delicious food and excellent customer service. We were in Boulder because of a medical emergency. They wrapped up our leftovers and then provided us with some ice to get the food home. Thanks!

The best tasting Italian food you will ever have. Heartwarming comfort food in my house for decades. However the noodles were better when made by owner Jan Kugel back in the 80's and 90's on 28th and Valmont.
